[Prior art]

When inserting steel material into the groove sandwiched by parallel flanges on the top and bottom or left and right of a shaped steel beam made of H-shaped steel or grooved steel and welding it, place a metal insert on the surface of one flange Put a marking on it, put a metallizer between both flanges according to the marking, and mark it on the welded part of the other flange, and then put a metallizer on the back of each flange facing the groove. After marking the welds, mark the web on the web according to the markings on the back of those flanges, and then mark the welds, and then insert the steel material into the groove according to the markings inside the groove. [Problems to be solved by the device]

Steel may have to be welded diagonally to the web or to the flange. In that case, it is necessary to insert the ruled lines diagonally, but it takes a considerable skill to accurately enter the ruled lines obliquely in that way, and sometimes misalignment easily occurs. Moreover, a ruled line is written as a thin scratch mark made by rubbing a hard iron core against a flange or a web, but such a scratch mark is difficult to see. Either of them may make a mistake in making a correct marking, which causes a welding error.

Further, in particular, in order to diagonally mark a web, a metal insert having a length corresponding to the diagonal line must be applied to the web in the groove, and the length of the diagonal line depends on the inclination angle. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare various lengths of gold, and to use them, it is necessary to hit the web and check which one should be used.

In order to weld one steel material, one place on the surface of one flange, four places on each side of the upper and lower flanges and the back face, and one place on the front surface of the web, a total of 6 places. Since it is necessary to carry out the marking of a book, it takes a considerable preparation time to weld one steel material.

Further, welding is carried out by holding the steel material in one hand, but with a large shaped steel beam, the steel material to be welded to it is also large and heavy, so it is not possible to hold it with one hand, so As a result, two people, a person who holds it and a person who welds it, have to do the work, and the steel material swings during welding, and welding mistakes easily occur.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

The shaped steel beam welding jig 17 according to the present invention eliminates such inconveniences. (A) Both flanges 11 and 12 of a shaped steel 14 in which webs 13 connect parallel flanges 11 and 12. A jig 17 for supporting a steel material 16 to be welded in a groove 15 surrounded by a web 13 and (b) a flat surface (hereinafter referred to as a receiving surface) to be received on the surface 18 of the flange 11 of the shaped steel 14. 19), a side surface portion 24 having a flat surface (hereinafter referred to as a contact surface) 23 that abuts the side surfaces 21 and 22 of both flanges 11 and 12, and a groove 15 of the shaped steel 14. (C) The front surface portion 20 and the front projection portion 25 are respectively joined to the side surface portion 24, and (d) the bearing surface 19 of the front surface portion 20 is in contact with the side surface portion 24. It is vertical (right angle) to the contact surface 23. (e) Inrush 25 is separated from the surface portion 20, a gap 26 is formed between the receiving surface 19 of the surface portion and the projecting portion 25, and (f) the projecting portion 25 is the receiving surface 19 of the surface portion. And a contact surface 23 of the side surface portion (19, 23) has a flat surface (hereinafter referred to as a plunge surface 27) perpendicular (at right angle) to at least one of the two flat surfaces (19, 23). It is a feature.

The method of using the shaped steel welding jig 17 will be described as follows: (1) The surface portion 20 is directed to the upper side of one flange 11 of the shaped steel 14, and the flange 11 has the projecting portion 25 and the bearing surface. The protruding portion 25 is inserted into the groove 15 of the shaped steel so as to fit into the gap 26 between 19 and (2) the surface portion 20 is provided on the surface 18 of the flange 11, and (3) the side surface portion 24 The protrusion 25 is pushed into the groove 15 until the contact surface 23 is tightly attached to the side surfaces 21 and 22 of both flanges 11 and 12. (4) In this way, the shape steel welding jig 17 is applied to the shape steel 14. After the setting, the steel material 16 is applied to the plunge surface 27 and installed in the groove 15 of the shaped steel 14, (5) After that, the contact point between the steel material 16 and the shaped steel 14 (flange 11, flange 12 and web 13 ) Is welded.

That is, according to the present invention, the steel material 16 is set at a predetermined welding position by aligning the ridgeline 28 where the bearing surface 19 and the plunging surface 27 intersect with the scribe 31 of the surface 18 of the flange 11. become. When the magnet 32 is attached to the plunge surface 27, the steel material 16 is accurately welded without being separated from the plunge surface 27 during welding.

When the steel material 16 is obliquely welded to the web 13, the plunging surface 27 is vertical (right angle) only to the bearing surface 19 of the surface portion and inclined to the contact surface 23 of the side surface portion. Let me For that purpose, as shown in FIG. 3, the plunge portion 25 is joined to the side face portion 24 so as to be rotatable around an axis 29 parallel to the intersection line 28 between the plunge surface 27 and the contact surface 23. Of course, by doing so, the inclination angle α of the steel material 16 with respect to the web 13 can be arbitrarily set, and the steel material 16 can be welded to the web 13 perpendicularly (right angle).

When the steel material 16 is welded to the flanges 11 and 12 at an angle, the plunging surface 27 is perpendicular (right angle) only to the contact surface 23 of the side surface portion, and the bearing surface 19 of the surface portion is formed. Incline against. For this purpose, as shown in FIG. 4, the surface portion 20 may be joined to the side surface portion 24 so as to be rotatable around an axis 30 perpendicular to the contact surface 23. The inclination angle β with respect to the flanges 11 and 12 can be set arbitrarily, and the steel material 16 can be welded to the flanges 11 and 12 vertically (right angle).

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the plunge portion 25 is joined to the side face portion 24 so as to be rotatable about an axis 29 parallel to the intersection line 28 between the plunge surface 27 and the contact surface 23. When the surface portion 20 is joined to the side surface portion 24 so as to be rotatable about the axis 30 perpendicular to the contact surface 23, one shaped steel beam welding jig 17 is used to attach the steel material 16 to the web 13. On the other hand, when welding the steel material 16 obliquely, welding the steel material 16 obliquely to the flanges 11 and 12, and welding the steel material 16 at right angles to the web 13 and the flanges 11 and 12, Further, it can be used when the steel material 16 is obliquely welded to both the web 13 and the flanges 11 and 12.

FIGS. 5, 6 and 7 show the relationship between the inclination angle between the flanges 11 and 12 of the steel material 16 and the web 13 and the inclination angle between the bearing surface 19 of the plunging surface 27 and the contact surface 23. 5 shows the case where the plunging surface 27 is perpendicular (right angle) to both the bearing surface 19 of the surface portion and the contact surface 23 of the side surface portion, and FIG. 6 shows , The case where the plunge surface 27 is vertical (right angle) only to the contact surface 23 of the side surface portion is shown in FIG. 7, and the plunge surface 27 is vertical (right angle) only to the bearing surface 19 of the surface portion. Therefore, according to the present invention, in order to weld a single steel material, it is sufficient to put a mark 31 indicating the installation location of the steel beam welding jig 17 on one surface of the flange. Since it is not necessary to perform marking on each side surface, the back surface, the front surface of the web, etc., the preparation time for welding is shortened, and welding is performed by applying the steel material 16 to the plunge surface 27. This is avoided, and particularly when the magnet 32 is attached to the plunge surface 27, the steel material 16 is accurately welded without being separated from the plunge surface 27 during welding.

When the surface portion 20 and the protrusion portion 25 are rotatably joined to the side surface portion 24, the steel material 16 and the flanges 11 and 12 and the web 13 can be welded while changing the inclination angle.

When welding the steel material 16 in the groove 15 of the shaped steel beam 14 as described above and using the shaped steel beam welding jig 17 according to the present invention, one scoring is required. This eliminates the need for a metal insert, the displacement of the steel material 16 does not occur during welding, the welding accuracy is improved, and the shaped steel beam 14 that is easy to assemble at the time of building is efficiently obtained. Therefore, the present invention is practically preferable. It is convenient.
