金具は所定の強度を満たす範囲内で、成るべく薄く構成
することが望ましい。しかし、PC鋼線取付用の円錐面
座やプーラ取付用のメネジ孔に所定の強度を持たせよう
とすると、板厚寸法(特に底板の厚さ寸法)の低減には
限界がある。

構成することが出来る構造の、PCコンクリートパイル
用頭部金具を提供しようとするものである。

囲を冷間塑性加工して形成された、前記コンクリートパ
イルの外径と略等径の円筒状部と、上記円筒状部を冷間
塑性加工して形成された2条の円周溝状凹部とよりなる
ことを特徴とする。
