Abstract

けた上下方向の支軸11周りに揺動開閉可能に構成して
いる。10Aはチエン支持フレ−ムである。また、扱室
3の上部を覆う扱胴カバ−12には前記フイ−ドチエン
8の挾持レ−ル9を装着してあり、そして、該カバ−1
2は前後方向の横軸13を支点として上下方向に揺動開
閉可能に構成している。Kは扱胴カバ−12の押上げ用
ダンパ−である。14は扱胴2への入力プ−リ、15は
扱室3内への入口部、16は扱室の入口部15から前方
に突設する入口漏斗である。処理室17は、扱室3のフ
イ−ドチエン8側とは反対側の側部に並設されていて、
この扱室3から送り出される処理物を受け入れてこの軸
方向後方に移送しながら処理する処理胴18を内装軸架
している。また、この処理室17には処理胴受網19を
張設して脱粒処理された穀粒を下方の選別部に漏下させ
るように構成している。処理胴受網19は扱室3側に向
けて引き抜くことができるように構成してあり、普段は
扱室3の側枠6によって係止保持している。排塵室21
は、前記処理室17の終端に至った送塵口20からの処
理物を受け入れて後方へ移送しながら排塵処理するもの
で、排塵胴22を内装軸架し、外周適所には排塵胴受網
23を張設している。そして、この排塵室の終端側には
排塵口24を設けている。前記扱室3は、下方の選別室
及び前記処理室17に対し、扱胴2及び受網7が一体で
外開き可能に構成するが、つまり、扱室3の前端側でか
つ処理室17側に位置する機体側フレ−ム25に設けた
縦軸26を回動支点として左右横方向に揺動開閉するよ
う構成している。扱室3後方の一側部には吸引排塵フア
ン27が装備され、前記フイ−ドチエン8と一緒に揺動
開閉し得るよう構成している。28は1番揚穀筒で、グ
レンタンク29に連通している。30は2番揚穀筒で、
この2番揚穀筒30は選別部からの2番物を前記処理室
17の前端側に還元してこの処理室内で再処理するよう
に連通している。31は扱室の係止ロック機構、32は
排ワラ搬送チエンで、これは前記扱胴カバ−12と一体
