Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a water-supplying apparatus capable of supplying a definite amount of water to the root of a seedling on each cell of each tray by arranging the same number of sprinkling tubes as that of the cells of a tray and protruding the tubes from the bottom of a water-supplying tank to supply water from the tubes to the root of seedlings on the cells. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of sprinkling tubes 1 are protruded from a subsidiary water-supplying tank 3 to enable the sprinkling of water to the root of each seedling on a cell. The number of the tubes is equal to that of the cells on a tray 2 for cell-growing of seedlings. The seedlings can be uniformly grown and the contamination around the tray can be prevented by this apparatus.

According to the conventional overhead irrigation, when a crop grows, water cannot be sprinkled on the soil surface, and the roots are not often watered, and an equal amount of sprinkling is applied to each cell. There is a drawback that you cannot do it. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a water supply device for cell-shaped seedlings capable of spraying a fixed amount of water to the seedlings of each cell of each tray.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The embodiments shown in the drawings will be described below.
As for water supply to the conventional cell-molded seedling, as shown in FIG. 6, the watering nozzle (1) is arranged above the tray (2) of the cell-molded seedling to perform watering overhead. According to such overhead irrigation, when a crop grows, it is often impossible to water the soil surface and not sufficiently supply water to the roots. Therefore, as shown in Figure 1.2.3, a sub-water tank (3) is provided with a sprinkling tube (1) projecting at the base so as to sprinkle water according to the number of cells in the tray (2) of the cell molding seedling (a). is there. For water spraying, it is possible to send pressured water by dynamic jet or pressurize with air in addition to the water head in the water supply tank. The position of the sprinkling tube (1) is provided for each cell as shown in Fig. 4 so that water can be sprinkled on the root of the seedling, and as shown in Fig. 5, the sprinkling tube (1) is arranged in the middle of each cell to adjoin. You may make it possible to sprinkle water on the roots of the seedlings of the cells.
The sub water supply tank (3) may be suspended from an overhead crane (4) that can move along a rail (5) as shown in Fig. 1, so that water can be sprinkled on each tray sequentially. Figure 1 shows the main water tank (12) to the pipe (7)
The pipe (8), which is supplied to the relay tank of the overhead crane (4) via the pipe and is then supplied to the sub water tank (3) via the pipe (8), is vertically adjusted with respect to the pipe (11) of the overhead crane. It is possible to adjust the degree of access of the nozzle to the root of the seedling. Further, the bottom plate (3a) of the tank (3) having the nozzles shown in FIG. 2 is made replaceable corresponding to various trays, and the number of nozzles is provided corresponding to the number of cells in each tray.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, it is also possible to insert a sprinkling tube (10) toward the root of the cell of the tray (2) and apply water pressure to sprinkle water. As shown in Fig. 8, the sprinkling tube is installed between the main pipes (9) (9) on both sides of the tray.
Use the one that was laid horizontally. Pressurized water sent from the main pipe is sprinkled from the sprinkling tube (10), and the sprinkling tube (10) is arranged in the middle of each cell as shown in FIG. 7, and water is evenly sprinkled on the adjacent cells. In FIG. 8, the main pipes are located on both sides of the tray, but the water sprinkling tubes may be arranged from one side of the main pipes.

[Effect of the Invention] According to the present invention, the cells of each tray can be sprinkled in a fixed amount, and water can be sprinkled on the root of the stock, resulting in less uneven growth. Further, since water is not applied to the leaves, it is preferable in view of crop physiology, and there is an effect that the peripheral portion of the tray is not flooded with water and is not contaminated.
