DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial field of application] The present invention is to automatically melt and weld an opening edge of a bag body by a sealing device after the bag body is loaded with a product and the bag body is conveyed by a conveyor. The present invention relates to a device for sealing a bag body, which is provided with a closing device for orderly closing the opening of the bag body prior to the fusion welding. [Prior Art] Conventionally, as a bag body for product packaging, for example, a bag made of a synthetic resin film having an opening at one end and a header at the other end is known. This bag body is sealed and sealed by fusing and fusing the edge of the opening after loading the product through the opening. And when selling products,
It is displayed by making the header part face up and hanging it through the header part. Conventionally, the fusing and welding of the opening edge of the bag in which the product is loaded are all performed manually. That is, after the bag body is loaded with the product, the opening edge of the bag body is loaded into the heat seal device while the operator holds the bag body by hand, and the opening edge is fused and welded. The conventional heat seal device is of a type using a nichrome wire or a type using a heating blade that moves up and down. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the case of the conventional technology, there is a problem that the work of sealing the bag in which the product is loaded is inefficient and the productivity is low. For this reason, it has been demanded to automate at least the fusing and welding work of the opening edge among the packaging work, but there are still many problems in carrying out the fusing and welding automatically while conveying the bag body in which the product is packaged. There is. That is, it is relatively easy to think that it would be possible to meet the above automation demand by automatically fusing and welding the opening edge by the sealing device while conveying the bag body by a conveyor such as a belt conveyor. However, in reality, since the bag is loaded with products, it is subtly deformed, and since the bag is conveyed with the opening left open, simply press the opening edge with the automatic sealing device. If the fusion welding occurs, there is a possibility that the bag may be displaced or the direction may be displaced during the fusion. In particular, when the fusing is performed, wrinkles and the like are left on the opening edge, and the fusing is forcibly performed on top of it, which raises the important problem that the fusing line does not appear beautiful and the fusing strength is not sufficient. MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS The present invention is to seal a closed flat opening edge by closing the opening edge before fusing and welding the opening edge with a sealing device while conveying the bag body by a conveyor. By fusing by fusing, the welding line can be made beautiful and sufficient welding strength can be obtained. Thus, the present invention is configured as the first means,
A conveyor (3) on which a synthetic resin film bag (65) loaded with products is placed and conveyed, a closing device (9) for closing the opening of the bag during conveyance, and a closed bag body The opening edge of (65) is a stable feeder (4

0); and the closing device (9) moves down the opening edge of the bag body (65) being conveyed, which is fixed in the conveying direction of the conveyor (3) prior to the stable feeding device (48). A rotating body (44) that runs in synchronism with the conveyor (3) and holds the opening edge of the bag (65) between the straightening rail (43) slidably contacting the side and the straightening rail (43). ) And consists of points.

Further, the second aspect of the present invention is that the conveyor (3) that conveys the synthetic resin film bag (65) loaded with the product and the closing that closes the opening of the bag that is being conveyed. It comprises a device (9) and a sealing device (10) for welding the opening edge of the closed bag body (65); the closing device (9) is fixed and conveyed in the conveying direction of the conveyor (3). A straightening rail (43) for slidingly contacting the opening edge of the bag body (65) on the upper and lower sides, and running in synchronization with the conveyor (3) and on the upper and lower sides of the opening edge of the bag body (65). And a rotating body (44) which faces the straightening rail (43) and holds the opening edge of the bag body (65) between the straightening rail (43) and the straightening rail (43), without facing the straightening rail (43) and the rotating body (44). The point is that they are arranged so as to be offset from each other in the direction orthogonal to the transport direction.

Specifically, is composed of an extension portion 7a of the transport table 7 and a posture control plate 32 provided on a side edge portion of the extension portion 7a and extending along a lower edge of the holding table 14. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the transfer table 7 including the extension 7a and the conveyor device 3 are tilted and held by the lifting mechanism 12 so as to be steeper than the holding table 14, while the attitude control is performed. The plate 32 is held so as to be inclined more gently than the holding table 14. At this time, although not shown, it is preferable that the attitude control plate 32 be provided with means for adjusting the tilt angle. (Structure of Bending Guide Device) A bending guide device 33 is provided on or near the conveyor device 3 facing the slideway 32. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the bending guide device 33 comprises an abutting plate 35 provided on an extension portion 34a of a restricting body 34 described later (FIG. 2). The abutment plate 35 is attached to the extension 34a via a wedge member 36, and the attitude control plate of the slideway 32 is attached by the wedge member 36.
The lower edge of the striking plate 35 faces the lower edge of 32 and the intersection 34b of the front surface of the extension 34a and the conveyor belt 6 with each other.
The angle is set to face. The abutment plate 35 is attached by a long hole 37 so that the vertical position can be adjusted. (Structure of Regulation Body) The regulation body 34 is composed of a plate body provided upright along the inclined lower edge of the conveyor belt 6, and is supported by the frame 2 by a support rod 38. Preferably said support rod 38
Is fixed to a bracket 39 fixed to the frame 2 so as to be adjustable, and the restricting body 34 is adjustable in the width direction of the conveyor belt 6. More preferably, as shown in FIG. 3, a guide plate 40 is provided close to and parallel to the regulation body 34, and a conveyance path 41 of a header portion described later is formed between the regulation body 34 and the guide plate 40. The leading end of the transport path 41 is formed as an introducing portion 42 that widens, and the introducing portion 42 is made to face the lower portion of the hitting plate 35 from the side. (Structure of Closing Device) The closing device 9 which constitutes the preceding stage of the sealing device is provided with a straightening rail 43 which is provided on the transport table 7 and arranged in parallel with the transport direction of the conveyor device 3, and is close to the straightening rail 43. And a rotating body 44 that runs in synchronization with the conveyor device 3. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the straightening rail 43 is formed such that both longitudinal ends 43a and 43b are inclined downward, and an intermediate portion 43c is formed into a flat linear shape. On the other hand, the rotating body 44
Is composed of an endless belt 47 wound between a drive pulley 45 and a driven pulley 46, and allows the feed side of the belt 47 to run in parallel with and in the same direction as the conveyor device 3, and is preferable. Is the middle part 43c of the straightening rail 43
The gap between the endless belt 47 and the endless belt 47 is formed to be zero or approximately the same as the wall thickness of the bag. Thus, the straightening rail 43 and the endless belt 47 are arranged so as to be out of phase with each other in the direction orthogonal to the conveying direction, and as shown in FIG. Device 3
It is located close to the building. (Structure of Sealing Device) The sealing device 10, which constitutes the latter stage of the sealing device, is installed together with the stable feeding device 48 that stabilizes the bag during conveyance. That is, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG.
Consists of an upper rotating body 49 and a lower rotating body 50. The upper rotary body 49 has a pair of endless belts 51a and 51b wound around the drive pulley 45 of the sealing device 9 with the endless belt 47 sandwiched therebetween, and both belts 51a are extended on the extension line of the endless belt 47. , 51b are wound around the driven pulley 52. On the other hand, the lower rotary body 50 constitutes a pair of endless belts 53a and 53b arranged in parallel below the upper rotary body 49, and the both belts 53a and 53b are connected to the drive pulley 54 and the driven pulley 55.
It is hanging between. The upper and lower rotating bodies 49, 50 run in synchronization with each other and in synchronism with the conveyor device 3, and the feed sides of the respective endless belts 51a, 51b and 53a, 53b are close to each other and the conveying direction of the conveyor device 3 is increased. It is driven in the same direction. The sealing device 10 is, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6,
It consists of a disk-shaped rotary fusing blade 56, and is rotated in the clockwise direction shown by a rotary drive shaft 57. The rotary fusing blade 56 has a fusing portion 58 at its peripheral edge, and a fusing portion 59 at least on the inner peripheral side of the fusing portion at a peripheral portion thereof. Although not shown, the rotary fusing blade 56 is caused to generate heat via a heating means, and the fusing part 58 and the fusing part 59 are kept at a high temperature. At this time, if a tetraboride resin (trade name: Teflon) is coated on the peripheral edge portion of the rotary fusing blade 56 included in the fusing portion 58 and / or both side portions including the melting portion 59, the opening edge of the bag body to be described later will be described. It is possible to suppress the generation of gas during fusing and welding and to facilitate the separation of the cut end of the opening edge. The rotary fusing blade 56
In addition to the heat generated by the heating means, ultrasonic means can be freely adopted as the fusing and welding means. Thus, the rotary fusing blade 56 is disposed between the pair of pulleys 54, 55 of the lower rotary body 50 described above, and the feed side of the respective endless belts 51a, 51b and 53a, 53b of the upper and lower rotary bodies 49, 50. And the fusion zone 59 is inserted into the upper and lower rotating bodies 49, 5
It is placed so that it is located between 0. In the illustrated example, as shown in FIG. 6, the endless belt 51 is provided downstream of the rotary fusing blade 56 in the conveying direction.
A separating plate 60 is fixed between a and 51b and between the endless belts 53a and 53b. (Structure of Chip Disposal Device) As shown in FIG. 1, the sealing device 10 and the stable feeding device 48
A chip disposal device 61 is provided further downstream in the transport direction. This chip disposal device 61 includes a waste path 62 opened on the transport table 7 and an exhaust duct 63 facing the waste path 62.
The exhaust duct 63 is connected to a blower 64 shown in FIG. [Operation of Embodiment] In order to perform packaging based on the apparatus shown in the above embodiment, first, a large number of bags are set on the holding table 14 of the working unit 8.
This bag 65 is a known one, and as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, is made of a synthetic resin film and has an opening 66 at one end and a header 67 at the other end. As shown in Fig. 8, the header portion 67 is formed by encapsulating a reinforcing piece 67a such as a relatively thick synthetic paper with a film and encapsulating it with a welding line 67b. Further, the bag body 65 is provided with a sealing portion 68 which is openably and closably closed via an adhesive agent 68a on the film portion on one side of the front and back, and the film portion on the other side is extended from the opening edge to form a holding piece 69, A pair of holes 70 are formed in the holding piece 69. The 7th
As shown in the drawing, it is desirable to form notches 71a and 71b on the periphery of the hole 70. Then, a large number of bag pairs 65 are stacked and placed on the holding table 14 and fixed by inserting the gate-shaped holder 72 into the hole 70 and the holding hole 24 of the bag body 65 as shown in FIG. Hold. Holder
72 is located below the guide tongue 18 of the work table 13.
At this time, a large number of the stacked bags 65 are included in the header portion of the whole.
Although 67 is particularly bulky, as shown in FIG. 4, since the header portion 67 is positioned in a stepped shape on the step 25a of the holding plate 25, the uppermost bag body 65 is held in a flat state. Although not shown, products to be loaded in the bag 65, particularly small items such as a razor for shaving a beard, are stocked in the standby section 16 of the work table 13, and a required amount is placed on the loading section 17. The When the blower 21 shown in FIG. 2 is operated, air is supplied from below the guide tongue piece 18, and the uppermost bag body 65 opens the opening 66 largely as shown in FIGS. 4 and 8. Therefore, in this state, if the product is slid from the loading section 17 of the work table 13 along the guide tongue piece 18, the product can be easily bagged.
It is loaded into 65. After the product is loaded, when the worker holds the bag 65 and pulls it below the step 25a, the holding piece 69 of the bag 65 is separated from the holder 72 by peeling the peripheral edge of the hole 70 and separated from the holder 72. Starting from 67, slide down above the conveyor belt 6 via the slideway 32. During this sliding, the bag body 65 is guided by the guide plate 30 and the posture restraining plate 32 and jumps toward the abutting plate 35, and while descending due to the weight of the loaded product, the header portion 67 hits the abutting plate 35. As a result of this collision, the header portion 67 is bent while bending upward with the welding line 67b as a hinge. At the drop point, the bending fulcrum is located at the intersection 34b of the restriction plate extension 34a and the conveyor belt 6, and therefore the bent header 6 is erected.
7 is kept upright along the extension 34a of the regulation body. Since the conveyor device 3 is in the driving state, the bag body 65 is conveyed as soon as it falls, and the header portion 67 keeps the restriction body 34 during the conveyance.
Follow along. In the unlikely event that the standing posture of the header section 67 is insufficient, when the header section 67 is introduced from the introduction section 42 shown in FIG. While sufficiently erecting, the bent hinge portion (welding line 67b) is drawn to the regulation body 34. Therefore, the bag 65
Is held so that both side edges are orthogonal to the regulation plate 34. The bag 65 conveyed by the conveyor device 3 advances the opening edge on the conveyance table 7 and reaches the closing device 9. When reaching the closing device 9, the bag body in which the opening is in a half-opened state
Reference numeral 65 indicates the opening edge of the bag body 65 from the one side edge on the advancing side to enter between the straightening rail 43 and the rotating body 44 by using the inclined start end 43a of the straightening rail 43 as a guide, as shown in FIG. In addition, it is sandwiched between the straightening rail 43 and the rotating body 44, the opening edge is brought into close contact with it and shaped into a flat shape, and the opening portion is closed horizontally. Subsequently, the opening edge of the bag 65 reaches the stable feeding device 48,
As described above, while the opening is kept closed, it is advanced while being sandwiched between the upper and lower rotating bodies 49 and 50, and passes through the sealing device 10. At this time, the bag body 65 controls the header portion 67
As shown in the tenth drawing, the distance L from the regulation body 34 to the rotary fusing blade 56 is set to a constant dimension as shown in FIG. 10, so that the bag body 65 is welded. line
The opening edge is blown off at a predetermined distance L from 67b,
Moreover, the fusing line is formed parallel to the fusing line 67b. At the time of fusing, the opening edge of the bag body 65 is the peripheral fusing part of the fusing blade 56.
After the fusing is performed by 58, the fusing edge of the opening edge is continuously rubbed against the fusing portion 59 to proceed, so that the fusing edge is sufficiently melted, and the molten resin bonding in a lump as shown in FIG. 11 is performed. Department
Form 66a. That is, in the bag body 65, the molten resin adhesive portion 66a in a straight line is formed on the fusing and welding portion in a build-up shape.
As described above, the opening edge of the bag body 65 is brought into close contact with the closing device 9 in advance, and in this state, the above-mentioned build-up molten resin adhesive portion 66a is integrally adhered, so that the welding becomes extremely strong. After passing through the sealing device 10 and further through the separating plate 60, the opening edge separated from the bag body 65 is sandwiched between the one endless belts 51b and 53b and sent, and by the air supply from the exhaust duct 63. It is discarded in the disposal route 62. On the other hand, the sealed bag 65 is sent to a separate packing stand or the like from the transfer end of the conveyor device 3. [Other Embodiments] (Folding Guide Device) Regarding the folding guide device 33, the hitting plate 35 is shown as a specific example in the above, but instead of such a configuration, FIG. 12 to FIG. It is possible to configure the cam member 73 as shown in. That is, for example, the cam member 73 is constituted by the extension portion 34a of the restricting body 34, the support portion 74 which is substantially flush with the upper surface of the conveyor belt 6, and the cam portion 75 which bulges from the support portion 74 in the conveying direction. And the header portion of the bag 65 that has been slid down.
A support plate 76 is provided to prevent 67 from protruding beyond the support portion 74. Thus, according to this embodiment, the bag 65 moved from the holding table 14 to the conveyor device 3 has the header portion 67 and the bearing portion.
After being supported by 74, the header portion 67 is gradually bent and erected by the cam portion 75 as it is conveyed, and thereafter, the erected header portion is conveyed along the regulation body 34. Therefore, in the case of this embodiment, the guide device 15 provided side by side does not need to form the slideway 32 as in the above-mentioned embodiment, and is simply a means for moving the bag body 65 from the holding table 14 to the support portion 74. It doesn't matter what the configuration is. (Regulator) Regarding the restrictor 34, the plate body provided on the frame 2 side is shown above, but for example, a standing wall is provided around the conveyor belt 6 and continuous like a flange, and is bent by this standing wall. It is also possible to hold and regulate the header portion 67 that has been created. In the above example, the guide plate 40 provided along the regulation body 34
Although the transport path 41 of the header part is shown by
Needless to say, the guide path 40 may not be provided, and the restriction member 34 may be used alone to form a transport path for sliding the header portion. (Closing Device) In the illustrated embodiment, the closing device 9 has been described in which the correction rail 43 and the rotating body 44 are arranged so as to be out of phase while partially overlapping with each other in the direction orthogonal to the conveying direction (9th embodiment). Although the straightening rail 43 and the rotating body 44 are close to each other in the direction orthogonal to the conveying direction but are displaced by shifting the phases so that they do not overlap each other, they slightly overlap each other in the thickness direction of the bag 65. They may be arranged so as to wrap, so that the straightening rail 43 and the rotating body are
44 and the opening edge of the bag 65 is clamped in a slightly bent shape.
It is also possible to ensure close contact of the opening edge. Further, although the endless belt 47 is illustrated as the rotating body 44 in the above-described embodiment, the rotating body 44 is not limited to the belt and may be configured by a plurality of rolls arranged in a row, and in any case of the belt or the roll, In order to increase the frictional resistance with respect to the opening edge of the bag 65, it is preferable to provide a large number of concavo-convex strips in the direction orthogonal to the rotation direction at intervals in the circumferential direction. [Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention described in claim 1, the bag pair 65
Is closed and closed by the closing device 9 before reaching the sealing device 10 including the stable feeding device 48. Therefore, when the sealing device 10 of the sealing device 10 is reached, the opening edge is continuously closed. There is an effect of making the fusion welding line beautiful by being fused while being held in an orderly manner without causing wrinkles and the like. That is, before reaching the sealing device 10, the opening edge of the bag body 65 is first closed by the closing device 9 and then closed and held by the stable feeding device 48, thus shaping the closed state in two steps. Therefore, by loading the product, the opening edge of the bulky bag body 65 can be flattened appropriately and can be closed orderly.

In particular, in the closing device 9, the bag body 65 receives the feeding force by the conveyor 3 on the lower side of the main body portion except the opening edge portion, but receives the feeding force by the rotating body 44 on the upper side at the opening edge portion, so that the bag body 65 is on both upper and lower sides. Posture by receiving the conveying force from
65 can be suitably transported without breaking, and at that time, the opening edge portion is slidably contacted with the correction rail 43 on the lower side, so that even if wrinkles are generated in the opening edge portion, the upper portion of the correction rail 43 is prevented. There is an effect that it is conveyed while extending wrinkles while slipping and is fed to the next stable feeding device 48.

Further, according to the present invention as set forth in claims 2 or 3, the opening edge of the bag body 65 is shaped laterally by the straightening rail 43 on the base side, and the tip side is rotated by the rotating body. Since it is sandwiched between the straightening rail 43 and the straightening rail 43, there is an effect that the opening edge of the bulky bag body 65 can be suitably flattened and properly closed by loading a product.
