ることによりスポット光の直径がかわる。

Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔０００１〕 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この考案は，画像処理に用いる照明器である。 〔０００２〕 〔従来の技術〕 従来の照明器は，ハロゲンランプや蛍光灯を用いているが，電源電圧の変動に よる光量の変化や均一性に問題があった ＬＥＤランプも照明としては光量が少ないという概念がある為に，あまり使わ れていない 〔０００３〕 〔考案が解決しようとする課題点〕 本案は，ＬＥＤランプのもつ安定性を有効に用いて，安定した画像処理用照明 器を開発しようとしたものである。 〔０００４〕 〔課題を解決するための手段〕 （イ） ＬＥＤランプは電源電圧による光量変化が少ない。 レンズとの組み合わせによりスポット光として取り出せる。 （ロ） スポット光の直径が任意にかえられる。 （ハ） ＬＥＤランプ・スポット照明器を複数本取り付ける。 〔０００５〕 〔作用〕 （イ）照明対象物の大きさによりスポット光の直径を変える。 （ロ）複数本のスポット照明器を取り付け、数個のスポットの中心位置がすべて 重なるように１本づつ位置調整を行う 〔０００６〕 〔実施例〕 （イ） 照明対象物の大きさにより，照明範囲が決められるため対象物が限定さ れない。 （ロ） 複数本の組み合わせにより最適光量が得られ，スポット照明範囲内の均 一照明も可能になる。 〔０００７〕 〔考案の効果〕 照明対象物に対して最も適した照明が得られ画像処理をおこなう上で有効に活 用できるとともに画像処理精度が向上する。
