って、本発明の目的は、低い施用量で効果があり安全性

した目的を達成し得ることを見出し本発明を完成させ

たものであり、アニスオイルはアニス実を水蒸気蒸留し
て得られ、アネトールを主成分として含有している。ベ
イオイルはLaurus nobilisの葉を水蒸気蒸留して得られ
オイゲノールなどを成分として含有するものである。カ
ッシアオイルはCinnamomumcassia(クスノキ科)の葉及
び枝を水蒸気蒸留して得られ、シンナムアルデヒドなど
を主成分として含有している。シソオイルはPerilla fr
utescens(シソ科)の葉を水蒸気蒸留して得られるもの
であり、ペリリルアルデヒドを主成分として含有してい
る。タイムオイルはタチジャコウソウオイルとも呼ば
れ、タチジャコウソ Tdymus vulgaris L.の全草を水蒸
気蒸留して得られ、チモールを主成分とするものであ

い。これらの精油成分は、通常、水及び必要に応じて適
当な有機溶媒を用いて希釈して、水和剤、乳剤、溶液剤
などの形態で用いることができる。また、適当な固体担
体、例えば珪酸、カオリンなどを用いた粉剤などの形態
で用いることもできる。本発明の藻類防除剤には、必要
に応じて、通常用いられる界面活性剤、乳化剤、分散
剤、安定剤、防カビ剤、除草剤などを添加してもよい。
藻類防除剤中の有効成分の含有量は、通常、5〜80重
量%、好ましくは40〜50重量%である。本発明の藻
類防除剤の施用方法としては、通常は藻類上に常法によ
り散布する方法が挙げられる。有効成分の施用量は、施
用方法、有効成分の種類などに応じて変動し得るが、通
常0.1〜5g/m2 、好ましくは0.5〜1g/m2
である。本発明の藻類防除剤が対象とする藻類はいずれ
でもよく、例えば緑薬類、ラン藻類、渦鞭毛藻類、珪藻

【実施例】以下、本発明を実験例及び実施例により更に
詳細に説明する。 実験例藻類に対する増殖阻害効果の試験 実験方法 緑藻であるDunaliella eucholra をハイポネックス培地
(ハイポネックスの1000倍希釈液)を用いて培養す
る。この緑藻が対数増殖期の状態の時、培養液を10倍
に希釈して直径9cmのシャーレに移植する。この緑藻培
養シャーレに一定濃度に希釈した精油成分を添加する。
添加する精油成分は界面活性剤Tween-20を10%加え水
溶液に可溶性な状態にしておく。精油成分を添加した緑
藻シャーレは25℃、10000lux-24hrの条件下に5
日間培養し、最小阻害濃度(MIC)の測定を行なっ
た。ここで述べる最小阻害濃度(MIC)とは、藻類の
増殖を完全に抑制する濃度であり、5日間の藻類培養で
培養液が全く緑色化しない濃度のことを言う。実験結果 得られたMIC測定結果は以下の表に示した通りであ
