Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a double-face stacking pallet free from slippery movement on a fork during loading and unloading operations by a method wherein the synthetic resin-made pallet having both the upper and lower faces formed of lattice-like deck is provided with a structure for securing the antislipping members in the pallet. CONSTITUTION:A surface deck 1 has the shape of a lattice having horizontal and vertical crosspieces 2 and 3 intersecting at right angles and a cylindrical part 4 is supported by these crosspieces. The cylindrical part 4 is provided with an annular part 5 on its inner surface in a position higher than the rear side of the surface deck 1. A hard rubber-made antislipping member 9 is inserted into the cylindrical part 4 with its head part 7 in contact with the inner surface of the cylindrical part 4 and with its groove 8 near the lower end thereof in engagement with the annular part 5 of the cylindrical part 4, whereby the slipping member 9 is secured in place. This palletizing method does not require any complicated metal die in the making of the pallet, permits the antislipping member to be secured in the deck of a fork inserting opening by only driving it in the opening and prevents the detachment of the antislipping member from the pallet during use.
