[0001] [Industrial field of use] The present invention relates to a method for producing a full plate denture for use in dental treatment. [0002] [Prior Art] Although there are some changes in the method of manufacturing a full denture with a bed depending on doctors and dental technicians, after obtaining an impression of a patient with an impression material, a mud plaster is poured on the impression for working. A model is created, and then a base floor is manufactured on the model using resin or compound, and an occlusal floor is manufactured by attaching an occlusal ridge. After mounting the occlusal floor in the patient's mouth and adjusting the height, direction and movement, etc. to determine the occlusal plane, attach it to the articulator, and after implanting 14 artificial teeth one by one, create a wax denture To do. Then, the wax denture is mounted again in the patient's oral cavity, and the height, direction, movement, etc. are readjusted to remove excess gingiva and the like, and the gingiva is embedded in a flask to inject a resin, 100 ° c Heat for about 30 to 40 minutes to polymerize and cure the resin to integrally form a denture.
Subsequently, a total finishing is performed to obtain a full denture having a floor. [0003] As described above, the preparation of a full denture with a bed is mainly a manual work from the viewpoint of aesthetics based on the oral shape and the facial shape of each patient, and requires many steps and time. In addition, since the measurement and adjustment work is repeated many times, the work efficiency is extremely deteriorated, and a lot of work man-hours are required, resulting in an expensive manufacturing price. Even in a hurry, I needed more than a few days. [0004] [Problems to be solved by the invention] It is a point that everybody thinks that these points are rationalized, the process is simplified, and the efficiency is improved. In particular, various conditions are required for artificial organs such as dentures to be inserted into the oral cavity, which is a problem that cannot be easily reformed. Although it is difficult to simplify the above-mentioned manufacturing process, the present invention creates a denture base with a prefabricated denture base and denture arrangement preliminarily prepared, and corrects it according to the patient's jaw model. By joining, the man-hours for manufacturing the denture are saved, and the product is manufactured at an early stage. [0005] [Means for Solving the Problems]
A process of creating a base of the jaw by heating and pressing the base plate, which is made of thermoplastic resin and pre-made according to the patient's approximate oral shape, against the working model taken from the impression, and the dental arch is a working model. It was realized by creating the occlusal floor by the process of fixing the dentition bed made of a material that can be deformed according to the above to the base of the jaw and fixing it with wax. By reducing the number of man-hours in advance, four types of base plates were prepared according to the shape of the patient's mouth, three types of tooth sizes, and two types of colors. [0006] [Example] A method for manufacturing a denture base according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a manufacturing procedure of a denture base for the upper jaw, and FIG. 1 (A) shows a patient's upper base plate 1 obtained by an impression material. Figure 1 (1)
Is a base plate 2 and constitutes a floor portion of the denture. This base plate is made of a thermoplastic material in advance, and can be heated and deformed in order to match the impression of the upper jaw base floor obtained in FIG. 1 (A). FIG. 1C shows a dentition bed 3 in which gingiva and dentures are arranged, and the gingiva is manufactured in advance using silicon rubber or the like so that it can be slightly deformed in accordance with the shape of the patient's oral cavity. FIG. 1 (D) is a trial application occlusal floor 4, which is a combination of a base bed 1, a base plate 2, and an orthodontic bed 3 bonded with an adhesive agent. [0007] FIG. 2 shows a procedure for manufacturing a denture for a lower jaw. FIG. 2 (A) is a base bed 5 for the lower jaw, FIG. 2 (B) is a base plate 6, and FIG. 2 (C) is a gingiva and dentition bed. 7, Figure 2 (D)
Is a combination of a base floor 5, a lower jaw base plate 6, and an orthodontic floor 7 bonded with an adhesive,
Trial application bite 8. FIG. 3 shows a state in which the upper jaw occlusal floor 4 and the lower jaw occlusal floor 8 are attached to the articulator for trial fitting. [0008] A method of manufacturing a denture using the upper and lower jaw base beds, the base plate, and the dentition bed will be described in the order of steps. 1st step: Impression collection With a vertical hand that functionally forms the floor base and the floor periphery, which is the condition of the patient's jaw that is the base for receiving the denture, the impression material is placed on a tray and pressed to the upper or lower jaw. This is a process of obtaining a general impression for the upper jaw and the lower jaw by acquiring the shape. This step is no different from the conventional method.

[0009] Second step: making plaster model Mud plaster is poured into the schematic model of the impression taken in the first step, and this is hardened to produce plaster model for upper jaw and lower jaw. This step is no different from the conventional method. [0010] Third step: creation of occlusal floor Using the gypsum model created in the second step as a master mold, a basic floor 1 or 5 for upper and lower jaws is prepared. This foundation floor 1 or 5
In addition, the base plate 2 or 6 created in advance
Attach, and plastically deform while heating to shape by pressing to create an occlusal floor that matches the plaster model. As mentioned above,
Since the base plate 2 or 6 is made of a thermoplastic resin, it is easy to match the shape of the patient's mouth, but the shape of the mouth varies from person to person.
It is necessary to prepare base plates that are classified into extra large, large, medium and small. This can be realized by classifying the size of the plaster model of the patient who came to the hospital by a statistical method, determining the size, and mass-producing using a mold or the like. [0011] Fourth step: placement of artificial teeth Attach the prefabricated dentition floor 3 or 7 to the base floor 1 or 5 with the base plate 2 or 6 obtained in the third step, and fix it with wax. To obtain an occlusal floor 4 or 8. This step is a step corresponding to the occlusal sampling and the artificial tooth arrangement of the conventional method. The dentition bed 3 or 7 is made of a deformable material such as silicone rubber so that the dental arch of the gingival part can be slightly deformed according to the shape of the patient's oral cavity. or,
From the aesthetic point of view, artificial teeth to be planted on the dentition require three types of tooth sizes, large, medium, and small, according to the patient's facial shape, and the color is white or slightly white. About two types of yellowish colors are required. The dental bed 3 or 7 grasps the tooth profile of the patient by using the statistical method as described above,
Prepare and prepare in advance. [0012] Fifth step: Trial fitting The wax denture obtained in the fourth step is mounted in the patient's oral cavity, the upper and lower jaws are adjusted while gently biting, and marks are made on the teeth using articulating paper or the like. To do. This process completes the wax denture. Sixth Step: Corrected Occlusion Adjustment The wax denture with the mark is attached to the articulator again, the upper and lower teeth are occluded, the error relationship is investigated, and the early contact site is cut and adjusted with the handpiece for engineering. In this case, the cut portion is cut mainly on the depression and the slope, and the cusp apex is not cut. [0013] The subsequent steps follow the conventional step of manufacturing a full-plate denture, but the procedure will be described for the time being. Step 7: Implantation of wax denture Dentures for upper and lower jaws modified in the sixth step are placed in a flask, respectively, and embedded in plaster to be hardened. Eighth step: dewaxing When the gypsum in the flask has hardened, the gypsum is taken out and divided into two, and the wax of the wax denture which has been embedded in the wax and the dentition base silicone rubber for the upper and lower jaws are removed.
Since this process requires perfection, hot water is poured to wash away even a small amount of wax remaining on the inner surface of the gypsum to expose the plaster material surface. Step 9: Application of Separating Agent A separating agent is applied to the inner surface of the gypsum from which the wax has been washed off and dried. Step 10: Resin filling The resin is filled in the gypsum which has been dewaxed and coated with the separating agent. Eleventh step: The flask filled with the polymerized resin is placed in hot water and heated to 100 ° c3.
The resin is polymerized and cured for about 0 to 40 minutes. Twelfth Step: Polishing and Finishing The flask is opened, and the resin-hardened resin denture is taken out from the plaster and polished to complete the denture. [0014] The new construction method of a full denture with a plate has been described above. Among them, the difference from the conventional method is the third step: occlusal floor preparation and the fourth step: artificial tooth arrangement. The conventional method will be described in more detail. Create a basic floor for the upper and lower jaws using the plaster work model as the master mold, raise compounds and attach occlusal ridges to this, and adjust the height, direction, movement, etc. to determine the occlusal plane. To do. After the occlusal plane is determined, the occlusal floor is trial-fitted in the patient's oral cavity, the marginal excess and deficiency are adjusted to form the function, and the compatibility is adjusted to complete the occlusal sampling. This is installed on the articulator, the height and movement of the denture and denture base are investigated,
Correct the nonconforming part. While removing the occlusal ridges that had been raised with compound etc., one artificial tooth was planted one by one, and the gingiva etc. with extra elevation were removed and shaped to prepare an aesthetic denture external shape and a wax denture. create. Check whether all the teeth are evenly contacted by occlusal contact by checking the early occlusal contact using occlusal paper, and make corrections such as deletion of the contact site. The wax denture is inserted again into the patient's oral cavity, and the height, directional movement, etc. are adjusted to complete the wax denture. [0015] As described above, the conventional method is a manual work one by one, and the work efficiency is extremely poor. However, since the human oral cavity shapes are various, the total shape that matches the oral cavity shape is large. It was an unavoidable process for obtaining a denture. On the other hand, the manufacturing method of the present invention, as described above, creates an occlusal floor matched to the plaster model while heating and pressing the previously prepared base plate having thermoplasticity, and the silicone rubber previously created on the occlusal floor. This step can be completed by a very simple method of completing the artificial tooth arrangement by fixing a deformable tooth base prepared by, for example, with wax. Although the present embodiment has been described as the creation of a full denture having a bed, even in the case of a partial artificial tooth,
Cut and take out only the tooth part where the artificial dental arch is missing,
By creating a denture with a metal floor, it can be applied to a partial denture base. [0016] [Effects of the Invention] As described above as the embodiments, according to the present invention, the base plate of the patient's approximate oral cavity shape is preliminarily pressed and shaped on the working model to form the denture base plate. The occlusal floor can be created by simply fixing the deformable dentition bed to the foundation bed using wax, so the work process follows the conventional method, but the individual work man-hours are large. Can be expected to be shortened. In addition, since gingiva formation and artificial tooth implantation are performed in advance in accordance with a standard mold such as a mold, even an unskilled person can create an artificial dental base.
