DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (a) Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a method for producing compost, in which a compost of ripe conscience can be obtained only by storing a compost raw material containing livestock manure.

(B) Conventional technology In recent years, the good point of compost, which is an organic fertilizer, has been attracting attention again. The problem here is how to produce a fully-ripened compost. In other words, if it is aged halfway, there is concern about odor damage, and its effectiveness as a fertilizer is weak.

It is generally said that water, nitrogen and oxygen are required to produce good quality compost, but the most difficult of these is the supply of oxygen. Oxygen supply is not sufficient simply by depositing the compost raw material, so that the aerobic bacteria with large separation and treatment capacity are not sufficiently propagated and fermentation is also incomplete. In order to compensate for this, it is necessary to constantly perform the work of turning the raw materials upside down and mixing them (this is called turning back). In the conventional compost making, this work was actually complicated and I had to cut my hand, so it was not possible to make a completely matured compost.

(C) Problems to be solved by the invention However, since the turning back is a completely manual work, there is an unavoidable point in the mechanized farm work in recent years. On the other hand, it is possible to forcibly supply oxygen (air), but if this is done, the raw material in the air passage will be dried, and good quality compost will not be possible.

Therefore, the inventors of the present invention studied day and night whether it would be possible to produce good quality compost without cutting it back, and finally arrived at the compost production method described below.

(D) Means for Solving the Problems The present invention relates to a main body of a columnar body or a polygonal columnar body having an open upper surface made of wall material in which plates are attached in a ladder shape at regular intervals on a vertical column, and from the ground. A compost raw material containing livestock manure is housed in a silo composed of a bottom material made of a wire mesh wall material that is isolated for a certain period of time, and is inclined so that it becomes higher toward the center, and is attached to the bottom of the main body. The present invention provides a method for producing compost, which comprises fermenting a compost raw material into a compost while inserting water into a hole on a side surface of a main body to inject water.

(E) Action From the above, since this silo is composed of a perforated wall material, oxygen can be sufficiently supplied even if the compost material is simply deposited in the silo. is there.
That is, the upper surface of the silo is open, and the side surface and the bottom surface have holes. Of these, the bottom surface is inclined away from the ground and becomes higher toward the center (middle height shape).
Even if the compost raw materials were simply deposited in this silo, the supply of oxygen was sufficient and there was no need for turning back. At times, it is difficult to supply oxygen to the compost raw material near the center of the silo, but this is compensated by the middle-high shape of the bottom surface.

This silo 1 is manufactured by appropriately combining a leg 2 and a beam 3 made of steel pipes and angles to form a bottomed and uncovered columnar body or polygonal columnar body, and the bottom surface and side surface thereof are perforated, respectively. The bottom material 4a and the main body 4b are covered with the wall material. Among them, the wall material of the bottom surface material 4a seems to be a wire mesh-like material, and the wall material of the main body 4b is a material in which pine boards are attached in a ladder shape with a certain interval between the vertical columns. . The size may be appropriate, but one example that can be considered is one with a diameter of 2.5 m and a height above ground of 2.3 m.

By the way, according to the present invention, in the above configuration, the bottom surface 5 of the silo 1 is a raised bottom separated from the ground. Furthermore, in addition to making such a raised bottom, the middle part has a higher middle height. In addition, although it is about a raised bottom or middle height, this is not particularly limited, but it seems that if it is the size mentioned above, it is about 300 mm in the peripheral part and about 600 mm in the central part separated from the ground. .

Prepare 25%, straw, a little rice husk containing about 60% water. Then, if these are sequentially deposited in the silo 1 (which may be automatically sent by a conveyor, etc.), 75
Fermentation at a temperature of ℃ to 50 ℃ for about 6 months, and fermentation at a temperature of 40 ℃ to 25 ℃ for about 6 months, can produce a fully-ripened compost in about one year. It is taken out from here by removing one of the frame of the composition.) During this time, there is no need for turning back, but it is necessary to replenish water sufficiently, so water such as an injection needle that can be connected to a water source such as tap water Prepare an injector 6, insert the tip of the injector through the hole in the wall of the main body 4b, and inject with this.
It saves labor and can be injected at any place.
In addition, the ventilation passages are formed by breaking the bamboo and bundling it, or bundling the reeds, and ventilation (supply of oxygen) is further promoted. Analysis of the soil produced by applying the compost produced in this way at a rate of 7 tons per 10 ares for 3 years showed that humus was 8.2%, EC 1.83ms, nitrogen 0.46%, phosphoric acid 84mg /

The above is the use as a general compost manufacturing device that uses ordinary compost raw materials. On the other hand, this device uses chicken manure, cow manure,
It can also be used as a waste treatment device that can treat livestock manure such as pig manure to form compost.

Fig. 3 is a side view of the silo used in this case, and Fig. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view of the silo body. In this case, 100% of the raw livestock manure is stored as it is, so that the structure described above is used. Since the water supply will be too much for the product, the main body 4b
A suitable roof 8 is provided on the upper surface of the above (therefore, the equipment such as the water injector 6 described above is also unnecessary). In addition, the storage is fluid to some extent and rich in nitrogen components,
Since it is very easy to corrode the wall materials, etc., it is necessary to put a fine mesh (about 10 mm square) non-corrosive (preferably made of resin, etc.) mesh plate 4c inside the wall materials. Consider the outflow and corrosion of raw materials. If the livestock manure is stored as it is in this way, good quality compost can be produced without maintenance. During this period, due to the sufficient supply of oxygen, the activity of aerobic bacteria becomes very active, the aerobic bacteria are decomposed in a short time, and a bad odor is not generated much.

(G) Effect of the Invention As described above, the present invention is as described above, that is,
Since the compost raw material is housed in a silo that has a structure that makes it very easy to contact air, simply depositing the compost raw material in this silo will supply abundant oxygen from the main body or bottom material, making it complicated. It is possible to produce fully-ripened high-quality compost without any troublesome turning.
