【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】機台に垂直で且つ回転自在に支持した円筒
状の主軸上端に円板を固定し、該円板上面から複数本の
腕を放射状に突き出し、前記各腕の先端にそれぞれクラ
ンプ用の可動爪を設け、該各可動爪に一端を連結したロ
ッドをそれぞれ前記各腕に沿って配置し、該各ロッドに
巻きつけたスプリングの張力で前記各可動爪がクランプ
作用を行うように附勢させかつ前記主軸内に回転自在に
設けたサブ軸の上端に固定したカム板一部に形成した膨
出部に前記各ロッドが接することにより前記各スプリン
グの張力に抗して可動爪を開放するようにし、さらに前
記主軸を前記各腕の取付間隔と同じピッチで間欠回転さ
せるように動力源に連結すると共に、前記サブ軸を前記
主軸と一体に回転させたあと、該主軸が停止している間
に逆転して元の位置に復帰するように動力源に連結し、
前記のサブ軸の逆転でカム板膨出部がロッドに対する押
力を解放しそれによって可動爪がクランプ作用を行なう
位置と、袋詰包装機の対のクランプアームが包装体を解
放する位置とを対向させる一方、前記各腕の両側におい
て前記円板にそれぞれ対の挾持アームをピンを介して回
転自在に支持すると共に、前記機台上に固定した溝カム

ら落下したとき袋詰包装機に支持されている袋口を可動
爪で挾持するようにする一方、袋口に結束材を巻きつけ
るために可動爪に支持され運搬されている袋の口を一対
の挾持アームで細く絞るようにしたロータリー式の袋口
結束装置において、前記各腕の端をそれぞれピンを介し
て前記円板に支持して各腕がピンを軸にして上下方向に
変位可能にする一方、前記主軸の中心に配置した前記芯
棒の上端に対して円形の案内板を上下の任意な位置に固
定できるようにセットすると共に、該案内板の周縁のレ
ール部分に一定の勾配を形成し、前記各腕の上側に支持
した車輪を前記案内板のレールに係合してなるロータリ
ー式の袋口結速装置。
