Conventional configuration and its problems Recently, both a washing machine and a dryer are installed, and the steps from washing to drying are performed in the same place, so that the user's time and effort can be greatly saved. . In order to make the area occupied by the washing machine and dryer in the house as small as possible, it has become common to install the dryer on the upper part of the washing machine through a stand. A dehumidifying dryer having a heat exchanger that cools and dehumidifies the hot and humid air discharged from the machine and has a structure that does not discharge the hot and humid air has been widely used indoors.

Dehumidifying / drying machine 10 has a drain pipe 11 for discharging dehumidified water to the outside of the dryer.
1 is inserted into a drainage port 12 provided on the top surface of the top plate 5 above the main body 4. Further, a discharge passage 13 is provided in a portion of the top plate back plate 8 corresponding to a lower portion of the receiving opening 12, and the dehumidified water flowing out from the drainage pipe 11 inserted into the receiving opening 12 is discharged through the discharging passage 13. The structure is such that it drops upward, passes through the drainage channel 13, and drops into the laundry receiving tub 14 that is vibration-isolated and supported by the support rod. A unit stand 15 is supported by the dehumidifying / drying machine 10.

As a solution to this drawback, the following configuration has been adopted. In this structure, a drainage pipe for guiding the dehumidified water generated by the dehumidifying / drying machine to the outside of the machine is provided. At the end of this drainage pipe, the lower end side has a bent portion having a substantially U-shape,
The end opening communicates with the upper end opening side of the drainage base member which is located at substantially the same height as or slightly higher than the substantially U-shaped part on the inner surface of the bent portion, and is connected to the upper part of the washing machine body. The provided top plate is provided with a receiving port into which the drainage mouthpiece member is freely inserted and removed, and in the washing machine body and the topboard, the dehumidified water discharged from the drainage mouthpiece member is stored in the washing machine. It is configured to be drained through a drainage path, and by forming a water reservoir portion in the substantially U-shaped portion of the drainage mouthpiece member, only hot and humid air is leaked, and only moisture is drained. It was a thing.

FIG. 2 shows an example of this type, which is a drainage pipe 11 of a dehumidifying dryer.
A drainage base member 17 is detachably inserted at the tip of the. The drainage mouthpiece member 17 has a tubular portion 1 having an upper portion having a diameter such that the drainage pipe 11 can be inserted therein.
7a, and a bent portion 17 having a substantially U shape in the lower portion.
b is integrally formed, and a water reservoir 18 is formed inside the bent portion 17b. The end opening 17c is the bent portion 1
It is located at the same height position as the substantially U-shaped portion 17d on the upper portion of the inner surface of 7b or slightly above it. Slightly above the fitting portion of the drainage base member 17 with the receiving port 17,
It has a collar portion 17e for fixing the position in the vertical direction. Further, the end opening 17c has a cut surface shape inclined downward toward the substantially U-shaped portion 17d, and the bent portion 1
A pin-shaped portion 17f protruding downward is provided at the lowermost end of 7b.

In such a structure, the dehumidified water from the dehumidifying / drying machine passes through the drainage pipe 11 and forms a water pool in the water reservoir 18 inside the bent portion 17b of the drainage mouthpiece member 17,
Only water is drained from the mouthpiece member 17 through the end opening 17c.
It flows out. The end opening 17 of the discharge mouthpiece member 17
Since c has a cut surface shape that is inclined downward toward the substantially U-shaped portion 17d, the dehumidified water flows out from the central portion of the bent portion 17b to the lower end side and drops along the pin-shaped portion 17f. .

The drainage mouthpiece member 17 has a relatively complicated shape having a substantially U-shape like the cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. 2, and it is desirable to form it from a synthetic resin material in terms of rust prevention. It takes longer than usual molding method to perform molding with this shape, and it becomes expensive in terms of cost. Further, in consideration of the case where this type of base member 17 is not used, since the receiving port 12 of the top plate 5 is opened, some kind of cap-shaped cover is required and extra parts are required.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As described above, according to the present invention, the liquefaction chamber provided on the top plate side by fixing the top plate back plate to the top plate and the wall of the recess on the top plate back plate side for storing dehumidified water are provided. A part of a passage with a trap structure was formed, and the dehumidifying water was drained through the washing tub by connecting this passage to an outflow passage having an outlet connected to the washing tub. There is no need for a drainage base member, and there is no risk of forgetting to install it. Also, since the top plate and the top plate back plate can be integrally formed, the number of parts can be reduced, and the top plate back plate is fixed to the top plate automatically for assembly. It is also excellent in sex.
