[Industrial applications]

The present invention relates to a residual amount alarm device for a perfusion cleaning solution for ophthalmic surgery.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

In ophthalmic surgery, a doctor uses a microscope to perform surgery while injecting a perfusion washing solution. However, since the perfusion washing solution becomes empty, there is a risk of accidents if the surgery is continued, and thus nursing care has traditionally been necessary. The woman visually confirms the remaining amount and informs the doctor, but this is anxious and it is difficult for the doctor to look away from the microscope and check it. However, there was a need for the development of a device that automatically gives an alarm by voice before it reaches zero.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

Normally, 400 cc of perfusion lavage fluid is mixed in a 500 cc bottle, and 400 cc may be used for ocular glass surgery, and about 200 cc for cataract surgery. There is a possibility that an accident will occur due to empty bottles, and there is a request to use the entire amount because the perfusion washing solution is not cheap, and an alarm is issued when the remaining amount in the bottle is 75 to 50 cc. The problem is that it emits noise and that the operation is reliable with few failures.

【0004】[0004]

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention sets the weight of a bottle that changes as the perfusion irrigation liquid during surgery decays by using a tension of a spring to detect the weight by setting a screw beforehand. At the weight, the electrical contacts make contact and actuate the relay, sounding an alarm for a few seconds to inform the operating physician. An electric circuit was used in which the alarm did not continue to sound even if the electrical contacts continued to make contact.

[Action]

In this device, one or more contacts are used to minimize malfunctions due to metal oxides, dust, etc., and a reliable alarm is issued to set the residual amount of the perfusion cleaning solution in the bottle desired by the doctor. Can be adjusted with a screw, and the time at which the alarm is issued can be adjusted so that the doctor can rest assured.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a mounting view of the present invention, in which the detector 1 is hung by the upper hook 2'on the front end of the arm 8 of the ultrasonic surgical instrument 7, and the bottle 9 in which the perfusion cleaning liquid is mixed is hung under it. The controller 10 has a switch 10 ', which is electrically wired as shown. FIG. 2 shows the structure of the detector. An upper hook 2'is mounted above the spring 2 and a lower hook 2 "is mounted below the spring 2, and a contact 3 is welded to the tip of the screw 5 so that they face each other. Fig. 3 is a structural diagram in which a contact point 3'is adhered onto a moving plate 4. Fig. 3 is a connection diagram of an electric circuit Fig. 1 shows the detector 1 at the tip of an arm 8 of the ultrasonic surgical instrument 7 of Fig. 1. Suspension Below that, the bottle 9 containing the perfusion cleaning liquid is suspended. The controller 10 may be placed as shown in the figure, and the preparation is completed by inserting the outlet 6 into the power source and turning on the switch 10 '. As the operation progresses in this way, the perfusion irrigation solution in the bottle decreases and the weight of the bottle becomes lighter, so that the plate 4 mounted on the spring 2 is lifted upward by the returning force of the spring. And the electrical contact 3'contacts the contact 3 at the tip of the screw 5, The power is turned on and the relay 11 shown in FIG. 3 is activated so that the chime 11 'is sounded. The alarm chime 11' is stopped for a preset short time to keep the silence in the operating room and make contact 3 3'is a circuit that does not ring again even if the connection is continued. If the switch 10 'is turned off after the operation is completed, all of this device will stop. For example, it is possible to prevent an accident by issuing an alarm with 75cc, etc. In addition, the power supply voltage is AC100V, but since it is DC12V using an electric converter, there is little danger and there is no adverse effect on the patient. Yes, the adjusting screw 5 is variable, and is fixed with a nut or the like to prevent fluctuation, and the alarm is always issued at a fixed amount.
