For example, hardened oil containing inorganic powder such as metal powder and abrasive powder, oils such as beef tallow, paraffin, and cutting oil adhere firmly to the metal surface treated by oily polishing, and the cleaning of the oils However, the cleaning effect was low and there was a problem in use.

It Examples of such alcohols include methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, n-propyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, sec-butyl alcohol, tert-butyl alcohol, n-butyl alcohol and the like. These alcohols are used alone or in combination of two or more. The amount of alcohols added to methylene chloride is 3 to 30% by weight, preferably 4 to 15% by weight. When the amount of alcohol added is more than the above range, the solubility of the cleaning composition in oils decreases, and as a result, the cleaning power for inorganic powder also decreases. Moreover, the flash point is lowered and the danger is increased. On the other hand, if the amount added is less than the above range, the affinity of the cleaning composition with the inorganic powder deteriorates, and a sufficient cleaning effect on metals cannot be obtained.

Typical nonionic surfactants include polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, fatty acid alkylolamide, polyoxyethylene alkylamine, polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester, glyceryl monostearate, polyoxyethylene alkylphenyl ether, sorbitan fatty acid. Examples thereof include esters, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid esters, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene, and the like. These nonionic surfactants are used alone or in combination of two or more. Among them, the embodiment in which three kinds of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, fatty acid alkylolamide, and polyoxyethylene alkylamine are used in combination is particularly effective and preferable. The amount of the nonionic surfactant added to methylene chloride is 1 to 10% by weight, preferably 2 to
It is 10% by weight. When the amount of the nonionic surfactant added is less than the above range, the detergent composition has a poor affinity with the inorganic powder and the cleaning effect is reduced. Further, even if the amount added is more than the above range, the effect will reach the ceiling and it is not economical.

When the amount of water added is less than the above range, the affinity of the cleaning composition for the inorganic powder is lowered, and a sufficient cleaning effect cannot be obtained. Further, when the amount added is more than the above range, the solubilizing agent is added and the layers are separated into two layers, which is a problem in use.

To do. The mechanism by which the above-mentioned cleaning composition exerts such an excellent cleaning effect is not clear, but the inorganic powder is maintained while maintaining the dissolving power of methylene chloride for oils by the interaction of the above-mentioned specific additive components. It is presumed that this is because the affinity for
