2. Description of the Related Art A core material for writing instruments, makeup tools, etc.
The synthetic resin fibers are bundled into a rod shape to provide a capillary action,
Liquid such as ink loaded in the pen shaft body is drawn out from the pen tip, and such a core body is selected in consideration of various properties such as material, size, physical characteristics, and writing characteristics depending on the purpose of use. To be done. Thus, a generally used rigid core body has a rigidity of, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-4617.
As described as a conventional example of Japanese Patent No. 2 publication, the pen tip is simply press-fitted and fixed in the mouthpiece, or fixed with an adhesive, and the mouthpiece is caulked and fixed. The writing pressure may cause the pen tip to sink into the pen shaft body. Therefore, in order to reinforce the depression strength due to the writing pressure, a step is provided on the outer periphery of the core body, and the stepped portion is brought into contact with a stepped portion provided on the inner periphery of the pen shaft body to be fixed,
A method of press-fitting and fixing a hard core body by utilizing the deformation of a mouthpiece made of a relatively soft material as disclosed in the above publication, or a method of perforating a core body and a shaft body in common and penetrating a wire therethrough. There is. Also, the actual Kaihei 3-7499
As can be seen in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2 (1994), there is also known a method of fixing a rod-shaped pen body having high flexibility to a pen shaft main body provided with an exclusive engaging portion.

A soft core such as a soft marker, a brush pen, a brush pen, and an eyeliner pen has a small pen pressure because the engaging portion with the pen shaft body is easily deformed. For example, there is a risk that the pen shaft body may be easily depressed. Further, a method of providing a stepped portion on the core body and fixing the core body can be also taken, but it is not sufficient for reliable fixation. Further, when the core body is strongly fitted to the pen shaft main body like the hard core body, the core body may be pressed and the flow of ink may be hindered. On the other hand, the method of penetrating the wire and fixing it to the pen shaft body may damage the core body itself at the time of punching,
Even if the wire can be fixed without damage, the wire passing through the fiber may disturb the focusing of the fibers, resulting in inconvenience.
