Conventionally, as a capillary-type writing instrument in which the core is freely inserted into and removed from the inside of a ring-shaped tip pipe, there is one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-83782, which was previously filed by the present applicant. Usually, the core was pressed forward by the elasticity of the porous foam and protruded from the tip pipe, and at the time of writing, the porous foam was compressed, the core was immersed in the tip pipe, and writing was performed. .

However, the above-mentioned conventional one has a large resistance when the ink penetrates into the compressed porous foam, and when used in a writing instrument such as a plotter which performs high-speed drawing, good ink follow-up. There was a problem that it could not be done.

In the present invention, an appropriate gap is formed between a center core which is appropriately extended in the longitudinal direction and has elasticity and is bendable, and a tip pipe in which the center core is freely inserted and removed. When the writing pressure is applied to the core, the core is bent in the tip pipe and can be immersed in the tip pipe.

Therefore, in the capillary writing instrument of the present invention, even when drawing is performed at a high speed by the plotter, the ink guided by the joint from the inside of the batting is satisfactorily traced to the tip of the tip pipe through the center core. Moreover, when the ink hardens in the tip pipe, pressing the tip of the core several times causes the core to bend or expand and move in and out of the tip pipe to remove the hardened ink. .

The configuration of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. A synthetic resin holder 2 is press-fitted into a front portion of a front shaft 1.
A protective pipe 3 made of a metal pipe such as stainless steel is press-fitted into the tip of the holder 2. A tip pipe 4 made of a hard material such as ceramic and extending in the longitudinal direction is inserted through the inside of the protection pipe 3, and the tip of the tip pipe 4 slightly protrudes from the tip of the protection pipe 3. The rear part 4 is press-fitted into the holder 2 and attached. In the through hole 4A of the distal end pipe 4, a small-diameter rod-shaped portion 5A of the center core 5 appropriately extended in the longitudinal direction is inserted. The core 5 is made of a synthetic resin and has elasticity that can be bent by writing pressure, and a groove 5B extending in the longitudinal direction is formed on the surface of the core 5 so that ink can be transmitted well. ing. A bent portion 5C is formed at a rear portion of the center core 5, and the bent portion 5C is sandwiched between a rear inner step 3A of the holder 3 and a front end 6A of a joint 6 fixed to the front shaft 1. Moreover, an appropriate gap is formed between the through hole 4A of the tip pipe 4 and the core 5 so that the core 5 can be bent in the through hole 4A of the tip pipe 4. Therefore, at the time of writing, the small-diameter rod-shaped portion 5A of the core 5 pressed by the pen pressure is bent in the distal end pipe 4 to be in the state shown in FIG. 3 and is solidified between the central core 5 and the through hole 4A of the distal end pipe 4. Ink is through hole 4A
It is more stripped and removed. Further, the rear portion of the joint 6 is buried in a batting 7 storing ink to form a capillary writing instrument.

Therefore, at the time of writing, the ink stored in the batting 7 penetrates the joint 6 and is directly transmitted to the core 5, and is guided to the tip of the tip pipe 4 through the hole 4 </ b> A of the tip pipe 4 and the center 5. Therefore, there is no member that hinders the penetration of the ink on the way, and the ink can satisfactorily follow the writing tip.

Although not shown, the core is not limited to a synthetic resin and may be made of a metal as long as the core has elasticity that can be bent in the through hole of the distal end pipe.

In the present invention described above, the core is formed so as to extend in the longitudinal direction and have elasticity and can be bent, and an appropriate gap is provided between the core and the end pipe in which the core is freely inserted and removed. It is characterized in that, when a writing pressure is applied to the tip of the core, the core is bent in the through hole of the tip pipe and can be immersed in the tip pipe.

Moreover, if the ink hardens in the tip pipe,
When the core projected from the tip pipe is pressed several times, the bent portion of the core swings in the tip pipe to remove the solidified ink.
