It is a threaded rod with a length of about 7 cm and a length of about 7 cm.The tip of the threaded rod is cut obliquely, and the back end of the threaded rod is about 5 mm wide. Then, a so-called rod-shaped twisted rod (TatePlug-B: manufactured by Denka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Tatorpoint: manufactured by Nihon Kenken Co., Ltd.) etc., which is solidified with a binder, is inserted into the teat canal to prevent expansion and milk leakage of the teat canal. Etc. are taken.

Even when these screw rods are used as a therapeutic material for the teat canal, there are almost no cases of healing of the teat canal stenosis except for the initial mastitis. In the case of nipple stenosis, even a single milking cannot be improved, and a milking duct must be used in combination at the time of milking, which causes further damage to the nipple. In such a case, the teat canal is highly thickened and milking becomes impossible. As a result, incision and dilatation of the nipple mouth are required. In addition, papillitis, which is transmitted after incision, cannot be prevented by conventional therapeutic materials, and in most cases, the progress from papillitis to mastitis is observed.

Further, although these conventional teat canal therapeutic materials are coated with antibiotics at the portion where the teat canal is inserted, they are continuously inserted between milking steps, so that the antibiotics are diluted with milk. As a result, the bactericidal power is lost and the milk is contaminated with antibiotics. Conversely, the capillary phenomenon of the base material itself promotes the entry of foreign bacteria from the outside world, and the emergence of resistant bacteria to this drug due to long-term use, etc. As a result, it has been regarded as a problem as a cause of iatrogenic mastitis.

[0006] That is, the conventionally used rod-shaped twisted rods or ducts have the drawback that they are not effective for the treatment of nipple stenosis and wounds, the prevention of mastitis or the treatment of mastitis. There is. It is an object of the present invention to treat a teat canal stenosis by a simple process of inserting a rod-shaped insertion material into a teat canal.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The use of the teat canal insert of the present invention improved the nipple stenosis in 4 out of 5 cases. No. 2 showed signs of improvement in nipple stenosis, but the number of treatment days was short, so
I could not see the effect after that. However, mastitis was cured by using this material for 7 days. No effect on other cells (change of milk in normal cells in the same sample) was observed at all. Furthermore, no transition to mastitis was observed with the use of teat canal inserts.
