のより繊維強化発泡板を製造する場合、第3図に示すよ
うに発泡樹脂原料C,C′,C″を供給した移送コンベ
ヤG上にガラス繊維等からなる補強芯材B〜B″を供給
しその上面に発泡樹脂原料C,C′,C″を供給し、さ
らに前記の補強芯材を供給することを繰り返してして積
層体を成形し、これらを発泡炉Eを有するダブルコンベ
ヤDへ供給し一定厚に規制しつつ発泡硬化する方法が知

のが得難く、同時に生産能率も低下するという問題があ

即ち、この発明の繊維強化樹脂発泡薄板の製造方法は、

型シートを介して複数枚積層し、該積層体をダブルコン
ベヤへ移送し、加熱することにより発泡硬化させ次いで
前記離型シートにて発泡板を分離させることを特徴とす
