Description
Claims (24)
- 1.試料水によって引き起こされる発光反応の変化を監視することを含む。試料 水の抗酸化能のアッセイ法。
- 2.発光反応の開始によって、観測される発光準位が短時間に低下した後、実質 上一定の準位まで回復するように、該発光反応の開始前に試料水を添加する請求 項1記載の方法。
- 3.反応の開始から予め設定された時間を経過した後、発光準位を測定し、次い で、試料水を添加しない場合の対照反応における発光準位を測定し、両者の差を 試料水の抗酸化能の指標とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 4.反応の開始から実質上一定の発光準位が観測されるまでの時間のずれを測定 し、これを試料水の抗酸化能の指標とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 5.試料水を漸進的発光反応系に添加する請求項1記載の方法。
- 6.発光準位が実質上一定になる平坦域まで上昇するように発光反応をおこない 、次いで、発光準位の急落を引き起こすのに十分な量の試料水を添加した後、発 光準位を先の実質上一定の準位まで回復させる請求項5記載の方法。
- 7.発光準位が実質上一定の準位の10%以内に達した時に、試料を漸進的発光 反応系に添加する第5項記載の方法。
- 8.試料を添加した時と予め決められた準位に回復した時の間の時間間隔を測定 する請求項6または7記載の方法。
- 9.試料を添加した時からの所定の時間間隔における発光の回復準位を測定し、 これを試料添加時の発光準位と比較する請求項8記載の方法。
- 10.試料添加時からの時間間隔後、回復準位を測定し、これを、試料無添加の 場合の対照反応についての同じ測定値と比較する請求項9記載の方法。
- 11.特殊または特定の抗酸化剤の除去または抽出の前後において、請求項1か ら10いずれかに記載の方法によって測定する抗酸化能を比較することによる、 試料中の抗酸化剤の寄与測定法。
- 12.試料が下水、川水、海水、貯水、水道水または工場廃水である請求項1か ら11いずれかに記載の方法。
- 13.発光反応が酸素依存性の化学発光反応である請求項1から12いずれかに 記載の方法。
- 14.化学発光反応が増強化学発光反応である請求項13記載の方法。
- 15.化学発光反応が、ジヒドロフタルアジンジオン(DPD)基質の反応を含 む請求項13または14記載の方法。
- 16.増強剤がp−ヨードフェノールである請求項14または15記載の方法。
- 17.試料によって引き起こされる漸進的発光反応の変化を監視することによる 試料水の抗酸化能のアッセイ用キットであって、発光性基質および標定用抗酸化 剤を含有するアッセイ用キット。
- 18.基質がジヒドロフタルアジンジオン(DPD)である請求項17記載のキ ット。
- 19.抗酸化剤がトロロックスまたはo−フェニレンジアミンである請求項17 または18記載のキット。
- 20.増強剤をさらに含有する請求項18または19記載のキット。
- 21.増強剤がp−ヨードフェノールである請求項20記載のキット。
- 22.酸化体をさらに含有する請求項17、19、20または21記載のキット 。
- 23.ペルオキシダーゼをさらに含有する請求項20、21または22記載のキ ット。
- 24.ペルオキシダーゼが共役または非共役の西洋ワサビペルオキシダーゼであ る請求項23記載のキット。
