Claims (4)
- (1)下流TDMAフレームの送信と上流TDMAフレームの受信用に配置され ている受動光ネットワークシステムのヘッドエンド局であって、TDMAマスタ ーと、TDMAマスターに接続されている光段階とを具備し、TDMAマスター は、入来データを下流TDMAフレームに組立てる手段と上流TDMAフレーム をデマルチプレクスするための手段を具備し、光段階はファイバネットワークに 接続されるように配置され、TDMAマスターにより出力される下流TDMAフ レームにより光信号を変調するように配置される光送信機と、上流TDMAフレ ームを伝送する光信号を検出するように配置されている光受信機とを具備してい るヘッドエンド局において、TDMAマスターに接続されている少なくとも1つ の別の光段階は各ファイバネットワークに接続されるように配置され、その光送 信機はTDMAマスターにより出力される前記下流TDMAフレームで光信号を 変調するように配置され、デマルチプレクス手段は各上流TDMAフレームをデ マルチプレクスするように配置されていることを特徴とする受動光ネットワーク システムのヘッドエンド局。
- (2)TDMAマスターのデータ出力は複数の光段階の送信機の各入力に共通に 接続され、複数の光段階の受信機の出力はTDMAマスターのデータ入力に並列 に接続されている請求項1記載のヘッドエンド局。
- (3)各光段階の受信機出力が並列アナログおよびデジタル出力を具備し、TD MAマスターのデータ入力は光段階の各デジタルおよびアナログ出力に接続され た対応したデジタルおよびアナログ入力を具備する請求項2記載のヘッドエンド 局。
- (4)TDMAマスターとこのTDMAマスターおよび光ファイバネットワーク に接続された光段階とを含むヘッドエンド局に接続された受動光ファイバネット ワークを具備し、ヘッドエンド局の対応する別の光段階に接続される少なくとも 1つの別の受動光ファイバネットワークを具備し、光段階はTDMAマスターに 共通に接続されていることを特徴とする受動光ネットワークシステム。
