おいて上枠4の底板部内面に鉄製の補強材17が溶接にて
固定されている。この補強材17は前記取り付け板15の上
枠4下面との当接部より重なる大きさに形成され、かつ
上枠4の厚みよりも大きな厚みを有しており、しかも4
本のビス16を螺入させるねじ孔18が形成され、さらに4
つのねじ孔18の内、最も遠い位置にある対向するねじ孔
18の入口部周りに脹らみ部19を有している。従つて、補
強材17は脹らみ部19を上枠4の底板部に形成した孔部20
に嵌合させることにより溶接固定時の正確な位置合わせ
がなされる。さらに、補強材17の上面には柔軟性を有す
るスポンジ状の樹脂発泡体21が貼着され、前記4つのね
じ孔18を上方から覆つている。上記の構成により、前記
