 Since car door speakers are installed inside the door, consideration must be given to water entering the door through the door window. A first example of a conventional door speaker will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. FIG. 3 is a rear view of the speaker unit, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the speaker unit is attached to an automobile door. In the figure, 1 is a speaker unit, 2 is a speaker frame, 3 is a cord, 16 is a connector attached to the tip of the cord 3, 4 is a seal attached to the back side of the speaker frame 2, and 5 is a speaker frame 2. A seal provided on the front surface side via a spacer 6 is a mounting hole for mounting the speaker frame 2.

The speaker unit 1 is attached to an inner plate 14 arranged inside the outer plate 12 of the door as shown in FIG. 4, and a trim 13 as an interior material is arranged inside the speaker unit 1. In the spacer 20, the speaker frame 2 is attached to the portion 21 protruding to the trim 13 side with a screw 29, and is fixed to the inner plate 14 with a mounting hole 22 by screwing. A through hole 23 through which the code 3 passes is provided in the portion 21 protruding toward the trim 13 side.

The spacer 20 is further provided with two ribs 25 and 26 projecting to the back surface side. The ribs 25 and 26 prevent water that has entered between the outer plate 12 and the inner plate 14 from falling on the speaker unit 1. The through hole 23 through which the cord 3 passes is provided with a grommet 27 made of butyl rubber in order to waterproof the water that has passed through the cord coming out from the back surface of the speaker unit 1 and is trying to enter the vehicle.  In the first example of FIGS. 3 and 4 among the conventional examples described above, the mounting structure of the speaker unit 1 to the inner plate 14 is simple, but the connector 16 is arranged at the place where water enters. It is necessary to have an expensive waterproof structure. Therefore, the cost is high. Further, in the second example of FIGS. 5 and 6, since the connector 24 can be arranged inside the vehicle of the inner plate 14 and can be arranged in a place where water does not enter, a connector having a simple structure without requiring a waterproof structure is provided. However, the spacer 20 for attaching the speaker unit 1 to the inner plate is required, which also increases the cost. The speaker frame 2 is provided with a mounting hole 7 for mounting the speaker unit 1 on an inner plate and a through hole 8 for passing the cord 3 from the back surface to the front surface. Therefore, the speaker frame 2 has a shape slightly larger than that of the normal speaker frame shown in FIG. A butyl rubber grommet 9 is attached to the through hole 8, and the code 3 is passed from the back surface side to the front surface side through the grommet 9. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the speaker unit 1 is attached to the inner plate. The speaker frame 2 is fixed to the inner plate 14 by a bolt (not shown) using the mounting hole 7. When the speaker frame 2 is fixed to the inner plate 14, the seal 4 attached to the back side of the speaker frame 2 is compressed and deformed to seal between the speaker frame 2 and the inner plate 14. The portion where the cord 3 penetrates the speaker frame 2 is sealed by the grommet 9 attached to the through hole 8. [Effect of device]

 According to the present invention, since the cord penetrates the speaker frame from the back side of the speaker unit and is guided to the inner side of the inner plate where water does not enter, it is not necessary to make the connector waterproof. Further, since the speaker frame is used as a portion for guiding the cord to the surface of the inner plate, it is not necessary to add a special member such as a spacer, and its mounting structure and waterproof structure are simple structures.
