[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial field of application] The present invention urgently supplies upper power when various electric devices mounted on a bucket become unusable due to an accident of upper power (battery discharge). The present invention relates to a charging device for an aerial work vehicle.

The aerial work vehicle, in which an operator rides on a bucket equipped at the tip of the boom to perform aerial work, especially for overhead line work in a live line condition, is safe for workers who ride on a bucket and perform overhead line work. In order to secure the above, the actual condition is to use a material such as FRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic) for the material of the bucket and the boom to which the bucket is attached so that the bucket and the ground are completely insulated.

Therefore, it is impossible to secure the power source of the electric power tool used in the bucket and the power source of the manipulator device or the like equipped in the bucket by supplying a voltage from the power source device on the ground with a cable in order to keep insulation. Therefore, in the conventional aerial work vehicle, the power supply for the electric tool used in the bucket and the power supply for the manipulator device and the like installed in the bucket are currently secured by mounting the necessary battery in the bucket.

However, as described above, the conventional aerial work vehicle that uses the battery as the upper power source requires a considerably large voltage depending on the power tool and the manipulator device used, but the number of batteries to be mounted in the bucket is large. Since it is not possible to mount a large battery with a large capacity due to the weight limitation, it is often the case that the battery capacity is too small to supply sufficient power. Is interrupted midway, the bucket is lowered to the ground to charge the battery, and then the bucket is raised to a higher place to perform work, resulting in extremely poor work efficiency and troublesome charging operation. Had a problem with. In addition, conventional battery charging is performed by connecting a cable for charging between the lower power supply and the battery in a state where the bucket is stored after the completion of normal work and performing charging in preparation for the next work at high altitude. Generally, when the charging method is used, the confirmation of the charging status is insufficient, the capacity may be insufficient, or abnormal discharge may cause insufficient power supply. In the middle of the procedure, the battery is charged through the same procedure as described above, and therefore, there are various problems such that the work is extremely complicated and the original work at high places is hindered.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems,
The purpose is to provide a charging device for aerial work vehicles to urgently supply upper power when various electric devices installed in the bucket become unusable due to accidents such as upper power (battery discharge). For this purpose, a bucket of an aerial work vehicle is equipped with a manual power generator, and the battery mounted on the bucket is charged by the manual power generator.

Since the present invention adopts the above configuration, even if the state of charge of the battery is insufficient, the voltage of the battery drops due to an unexpected discharge accident, etc., and suddenly it becomes impossible to use the power tool, etc. Even if an emergency occurs, the battery can be charged by operating the manual generator installed in the bucket, so if a situation such as the sudden stop of the drive of an electric tool occurs, you can quickly respond. There is no need to do unnecessary work, such as lowering the bucket to the ground like the conventional aerial work vehicle and using the ground power one by one. Is significantly improved.

By the way, the manual generator 10 is, as shown in FIG.
A worker who rides on the bucket 4 rotates the handle and hooks it on the side edge of the cheap bucket 4, and is equipped with the battery 12 (bucket 4 via the rectifying diode 11 at the output end of the manual generator 10). Is a battery mounted on the battery) and the output end of the battery 12 is a voltage stabilizing element.
It is connected via 13 to a load such as an electric tool or a manipulator device. (See Figure 2).

That is, the manual generator 10 mounted on the bucket 4 of the aerial work vehicle 1 according to the present invention is mounted on the side edge of the bucket 4, which is a position where the operator who operates the bucket 4 can easily operate the handle. Configured so that the battery
If the voltage of 12 drops, take out the manual generator 10 from the storage part in the bucket 4, hook it on the side of the bucket 4 to rotate it, and generate power, and rectify the voltage obtained by the power generation. The battery 12 is charged via the diode 11 for use, and the voltage charged by the battery 12 is supplied to the load such as the electric tool or the manipulator device mounted on the bucket 4 via the voltage stabilizing element 13. The voltage required for the battery 12 by rotating the manual generator 10 even if a situation occurs in which the voltage of the regular battery 12 drops due to use and suddenly stops the operation of various electric tools or manipulator devices. Since it is possible to charge the battery and supply a necessary voltage to various electric tools and manipulator devices, various electric tools and the like installed in the bucket 4 are batteries.
There is no need to worry about 12 voltage shortages, and efficient work in high places can be performed.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, the bucket of the aerial work vehicle is equipped with the manual generator, and the battery mounted in the bucket is charged by the manual generator. Is insufficient, or even if an emergency situation occurs such as when the battery voltage drops due to an unexpected discharge accident, making it impossible to use electric tools, etc., manual power generation installed in the bucket Since the battery can be charged by operating the machine, it is possible to quickly deal with the situation where the driving of the electric tool suddenly stops, which was seen in conventional aerial work vehicles. Such a bucket is lowered to the ground and the ground power source is used to charge the battery one by one, so that it is not necessary to perform unnecessary work, and the workability is improved, and various excellent effects are obtained.
