A transparent window 16 having an appropriate shape is provided at an appropriate position in each envelope cover area 9 of each envelope blank 6. In the window adhesive application unit 26, the window hole punching unit 25 is the inner surface 6 a of each envelope blank 6.
A window adhesive layer 18 for adhering a transparent sheet for a window is formed around the transparent window 16 formed in 1. on the other hand,
The window transparent continuous sheet 32 for the see-through window 16 is unwindably supported by the window transparent continuous sheet feeding unit 27, and the window transparent continuous sheet 32 is used for the window in the transparent sheet processing / pasting unit 28. It is cut into a transparent sheet having a size slightly larger than the contour of the adhesive layer 18, and thereafter, is attached to the transparent window 16 portion of each envelope blank 6 via the window adhesive layer 18. In the processing unit 29 such as the perforation line, the marginal hole rows 3, 3, the crossing perforation line 5 for cutting, the first
The horizontal folding line 7 and the second horizontal folding line 8 are formed. The device 21 according to the present invention is a device in which the continuous envelope manufactured in the form as shown in FIG.
At 0, a part of the perforation is used for folding.

According to the method for manufacturing a continuous envelope with a window for automatic enclosing and sealing of the present invention having the above-described structure, a continuous envelope with a window suitable for the automatic enclosing and sealing system can be continuously and consistently provided by one system line. Therefore, the drawbacks and problems pointed out in the conventional manufacturing method by combining the respective manufacturing processes of the two systems are solved. That is, in the method for manufacturing a continuous envelope with a window for automatic sealing and sealing of the present invention,
(1). When calculating the delivery date of a product, it is only necessary to adjust the process group of one type of machine required for the above-mentioned one-system manufacturing process, and (2). There is no such condition of semi-finished products, there is no need to secure a storage space for semi-finished products, and there is no need for management costs for semi-finished product management, (3). It can be said that this is extremely effective in that it is not necessary to manufacture semi-finished products in excess of the planned quantity in the manufacturing process of the first system in anticipation of process loss, and waste can be eliminated.
