However, in such a structure, a considerable amount of stress is generated in the joint portion between the roof portion and the column portion due to the characteristics peculiar to the rigid frame structure, so that sufficient reinforcement is required. Further, since the roof member and the pillar member are formed as a large precast concrete member, they are heavy and easily bulky, so that handling such as transportation is extremely troublesome.

Also, when constructing on a road with slopes, the pillars must be built vertically and the roof must be installed parallel to the road surface. Therefore, the joint between the pillar and the roof should be at a right angle, which is advantageous for joining. Since it does not happen, it is necessary to add special processing to the joint between the pillar and the roof.

In the construction described above, when constructing the protective shell A, first, the roof blocks 1 and 2 and the pillar blocks 3 are inserted with the tension members 7 and 7 such as PC steel wires between the tension member insertion holes 4 and 4. By connecting them together and introducing a prestress to the whole, one curved shed member 8 having a continuous roof portion and column portion is formed. The required number of shed members 8 is produced according to the scale (length) of the protective shelter A to be constructed. Further, the shed member 8 can freely correspond to the scale (width and height) of the protective shelter constructed by connecting the roof blocks 1 and 2 as needed.

Subsequently, the shed member 8 is bridged over the road so as to cover the road at a right angle thereto, and the mountain side end of the shed member 8 is fixed to the mountain side slope of the road, and the valley side of the shed member 8 is fixed. Secure the ends to the sides of the road. In this case, the chin portion 9 is formed in advance on the slope surface constructed of cast-in-place concrete, and the mountain side end of the shed member 8 is fixed to the chin portion 9 by an anchor bolt (not shown). In addition, a groove-shaped foundation 10 is constructed on the side of the road, the valley-side end of the shed member 8 is inserted into the foundation 10, and the surrounding area is filled with concrete 11, and if necessary, anchor bolts (not shown). ) To fix it to the base part 10. Reference numerals 1 and 2 are anchor members that integrate the base portion 10 with the road, and are anchor bolts and the like.

Thereafter, similarly, the required number of the second and third shed members 8 are installed while connecting them in the width direction. At the time of joining the adjacent shed members 8 and 8, they are connected by connecting bolts, or PC steel material insertion holes which are continuous in the width direction are formed in each shed member 8 and tension is provided between the PC steel material insertion holes. It shall be connected by inserting a material (all are not shown).

A protective scale A of a predetermined scale is constructed by this construction method, and the column blocks 3,3 are formed between the block blocks 3,3 of the left and right columns of the shed member 8,8 so that the column block 3,3 is tapered. A shaped lighting window 15 is formed. The vertically long triangular lighting window 15 is a block for a pillar when the road has a slope.
There is a visual effect that even if 3 and 3 are built with a slight inclination, they appear as if they were built vertically. The shape of the daylighting window 15 is not limited to the vertically long triangular shape, but may be a vertically rectangular shape or the like. If the road is meandering, adjust the width of the groove joint 13 by widening it, or adjust the roof blocks 1 and 2 and the pillar blocks 3
Is formed into an elongated fan shape so that the entire shed member 8 is formed into an elongated fan shape for use (see FIG. 6).

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The present invention is constituted as described above, and according to this construction method, a roof member and a pillar block are tightly bound with each other to form a shed member, and the shed member is connected in the width direction thereof. On the other hand, by installing it on the road, it is possible to construct a protective shelter of a certain scale very easily.

Still, since the roof block and the pillar block are made into thin parts, the weight can be reduced and handling such as transportation is extremely easy.

Further, since the entire protective shelter is formed in an arch shape, the stress is dispersed throughout and the stress concentration can be avoided. As a result, the member cross section can be made substantially uniform, which is advantageous structurally and economically.

Further, since the length of the shed member can be changed by appropriately adding only the roof block of the flat plate portion without changing the shape (curvature) of the curved surface portion, the width of the road can be easily changed.

Further, in this case, since the same roof block and pillar block of the curved surface portion can be used, the shed member can be easily assembled, and the same roof frame and pillar block mold can be formed. It is very economical because you can use the ones.

さらに、勾配付き道路にも何ら支障なく構築できる。In addition, it can be built on sloped roads without any problems.
