ずるロックピン組の反力で、ロックピン室9b、軸受室9a
の変形や、変形による軸受部の発熱によるハウジングの
溶け、およびハウジング(A)、(B)間に空隙が生ず

本考案の実施例を2つ割ディスクグライクダを例にして
第1図、第2図で説明する。モータ3、スピンドル5に
固着されたギヤ6、軸受7などがハウジング(A)1、
ハウジング(B)2の中に収納され、ねじ17により締付
けられ構成されている。砥石13はスピンドル5の先端に
ホイルワッシャ12、ホイルナット11で締付け固定されて
いる。砥石13をはずす時は、ロックピン組10を押してギ
ヤ6に設けた穴6aに係合させ、スパナ組14のピン14aを
ホイルナット11のピン穴11aにはめ、スパナ組を回しホ
イルナット11をゆるめて砥石13をはずす。取付けは、同
様にしスパナ組14でホイルナット11を締付ける。スパナ
に加えるトルクは相当大きい値のため、ロックピン組10
に生ずる反力は、回転半径が小さいのでスパナ組14に加
える荷重の10数倍となる。ロックピン組10及び軸受8の
保持部に鉄系焼結合金などで作ったホルダ9を設けたた
め、軸受室9aの熱変形等を防ぎ、ロックピン組の反力に
も耐えられる。第2図に示すように減肉部9eをもつ腕部
9dをロックピン室9bの両側に設けたため、反力方向18は
ハウジングに対しモータ軸方向に加わるため、ハウジン
グ(A)、(B)が開いて空隙が生ずるなどの問題が解
決できる。砥石で研削作業中に発生する軸受8の放熱板
の効果もある。ハウジング(A)(B)とホルダ9の位
置決めは、軸受室9aの外形部9cの円径部で支え精度を出
す。
