[Prior Art] Conventionally, connection / disconnection of a cable line is performed using a compression terminal, a movable plug-in connector, or the like.
Waterproofing and watertightness after connecting the cable is done by wrapping a protective material such as tape or rubber cover around the connecting part. Therefore, if it is necessary to temporarily disconnect the cable after connecting the cable line for some reason, the protective material must be removed before the work. At this time, since the connecting portion of the cable is not accompanied by a protective material, it is not waterproof and watertight, but there is a high possibility that the cable normally buried in the ground will be submerged in water. Therefore, if the connected portion of the cable is submerged in water, the protective material cannot be removed as it is. Therefore, there is a drawback that the efficiency is very poor if the cable is detached after the water is scraped out to the outside. In addition, when connecting again after disconnecting, it is extremely difficult to avoid deterioration of insulation characteristics because the dirt etc. of the connection part must be removed reliably, and the connection work is complicated, so it is necessary to respond in an emergency. It also has the drawback of being impossible.

[Summary of the Invention] The gist of the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned object is to provide two conductors on the inner wall surface of a receptacle which is formed into a hollow cylindrical shape by an elastic body having an electric insulation property and whose lower portion is sealed. A stopper that surrounds the connectors so as to be separated from each other, and inserts a movable plug formed of a rod-shaped conductor portion and an insulating portion into the receipt so that the connector can be freely inserted and removed, and a stopper that prevents the movable plug from slipping out at the upper portion of the receipt. The watertight cable opening / closing device is characterized in that a watertight portion is provided above the stopper portion for waterproofing the inside of the receipt.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a watertight cable switchgear according to the present invention, which is a hollow cylindrical shape made of an elastic body such as rubber having an electric insulation property, and has a middle portion in the bottom of the reception cups 1a and 1b. The parts are connected by a connecting pipe part 2 made of the same material, and pull-out pipe parts 3a, 3b made of the same material are provided integrally on the bottom part facing left and right sides, respectively. Then, inside the connecting pipe portion 2 and on the inner peripheral portions of the reception cups 1a and 1b on both sides, a conductor connector 4 in which two ring-shaped portions are connected by a rod-shaped conductor as shown in FIG. There is. In addition, the inside of the draw-out pipe portions 3a, 3b and the inner peripheral portions of the receipts 1a, 1b connected to the pull-out pipe portions 3a, 3b are
Conductor connectors 5a and 5b each having a rod-shaped portion and a ring-shaped portion as shown in the drawing are internally provided. Further, rod-shaped movable plugs 6a, 6b are vertically movably fitted in the reception cups 1a, 1b, respectively, and the movable plugs 6a, 6b are attached to the upper ends of the reception cups 1a, 1b, respectively.
A stopper portion 7 for restricting the movement of 6b is formed, and a watertight portion 9 made of synthetic resin or the like having electrical insulation with an O ring 8 provided on the inner periphery for waterproofing is formed on the upper portion thereof.
a and 9b are formed. Movable plugs 6a and 6b are insulating parts 10
The conductor 11 is connected to the tip of the arc, the arc extinguishing material 12 is provided at the tip of the conductor 11, and the operating grip 13 is attached to the upper end.

In actual use, two cable conductors (not shown) are connected to the conductor connectors 5a and 5b in the lead-out pipe portions 3a and 3b by a connecting body or the like. In this state, the conductor portion 11 of the movable plug 6a is connected to the conductor connector 5a at the bottom as shown in FIG.
When the conductor part 11 of the movable plug 6b is pulled up and separated from the conductor connector 5b, the conductor connector 5a is connected to the conductor connector 4 through the conductor part 11 of the movable plug 6a. The connector 5b is electrically separated from the conductor connector 4. That is, the cable conductors connected to the left and right conductor connectors 5a and 5b are in the cutoff state. Similarly, when at least one of the movable plugs 6a or 6b is pulled up in the same manner, the cable conductors connected to the left and right are in an electrically disconnected state, and both movable plugs 6a and 6b are pushed in. In the state, the cable conductors connected to the left and right for the first time become conductive.

When pulling up the movable plugs 6a and 6b, if the conductor portion 11 is formed to have a diameter larger than that of the insulating portion 10 as shown in the drawing, or if the engaging portions are provided in a part of the movable plugs 6a and 6b, the stoppers are provided. Since the stop position can be defined at the boundary portion by the portion 7, the movable plugs 6a and 6b are not pulled out.
Further, since the receiving cups 1a and 1b are made of an elastic material such as EP rubber or neoprene and the watertight portion 9 is formed on the upper portion, the waterproofing inside the receiving cups 1a and 1b is maintained, so that the whole is temporarily submerged. Even if there is, by moving the movable plugs 6a and 6b in the vertical direction, it is possible to switch between connecting and disconnecting the cables while maintaining a watertight state.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, two receptacles 1 and two movable plugs 6 are provided, but this is intended for application to a T-branch body, and when used simply for opening and closing a cable, It is also possible to use only one side portion of FIG. In this case, the conductor connector 5 as shown in FIG. 3 may be installed in place of the conductor connector 4 as shown in FIG.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the watertight cable switchgear according to the present invention, the two conductor connectors are internally provided in the receptacle, the movable plug is inserted, and then the movable plug is pulled out to the upper portion of the receptacle. Since the stopper part is provided so that it does not exist, and the watertight part is further provided above it, the inside of the receipt becomes completely watertight, and even if the whole device is submerged in water, just move the movable plug up and down to connect the cables It is possible to switch the cutoff. Therefore, when submerged in water, there is no need for water removal work as in the conventional example, the work efficiency is improved, and it is possible to switch immediately, especially in an emergency, so it is possible to shorten the power outage time and the like.
