On the other hand, asbestos fiber, a so-called asbestos, which is a mineral natural fiber that has been generally used because of its excellent properties in one aspect as a building material, has recently been shown to have weather resistance. Was found to lack
It has been confirmed that the fibrous portion of the outer surface exposed to the atmosphere gradually peels off even in a natural state due to aging and weakening due to aging, etc., and then scatters and floats in the air. When breathing this airborne fiber dust all the time, the risk of causing undesired damage to human health,
That is, for example, it has been pointed out that there is a risk of inducing harmful lung cancer and the like, which has become a serious social pollution problem and is desired to be abolished at an early stage. The slate roof tile made by using asbestos as the main material and solidifying it with mortar cement, etc. was by no means an exception, and it was desirable to replace it early.

That is, as one of means for newly constructing another roof structure on this existing roof structure, as shown in FIG. 4, for example, a wooden rafter used as a hut (roof) structure of a building.
The base material is (1), and the roof base material (field board) is used on the entire surface (2)
In addition to laying the roof tiles on the roof base material (2), arrange the individual slate roof tiles (3) on the ridge-side end so that the eaves-side ends overlap each other as expected. In the existing roof structure (A) constructed by raising it in series, a metal rafter (4) to be a mounting base is appropriately laid over the upper surface of this existing roof structure (A). A roofing base material (5) is laid, and if necessary, with a heat insulating material etc., a new metal roof plate is placed on top of these.
There is also a structure in which (6) is raised, and as another one, as shown in FIG. 5, the metal rafters (4), roof base materials (5), etc. are provided. Directly on the existing slate roof tiles (3) that have been raised
There is one that is constructed by roofing a new metal roofing plate (6).

However, in the case of the conventional thatching means shown in FIG. 4 mentioned above, in addition to the existing roof structure, a similar separate roof structure is newly constructed, so that the roof having a completely double structure is used. In addition, the thickness of the building is significantly increased, and the appearance and form of the building is not well-balanced, which makes it unaesthetic. In addition, the construction itself is relatively complicated and troublesome, and it is troublesome. In addition, since the weight of the entire roof structure is increased, there is a possibility that some problems may occur in the strength of the existing pillar members in the building that supports the roof structure.

Similarly, in the conventional reshuffling means shown in FIG. 5 described above, the slate tile itself in the existing roof structure needs to be repaired although the disadvantages in the structure of FIG. 4 are temporarily eliminated. Since it has been deteriorated to the extent that it usually does, the individual slate tiles are not regularly arranged as they were at the beginning of the roofing, and they are exposed to wind, rain, and heat for a long period of time, and As a result of constant micro-vibration, impact, etc., there is often a difference in the manner of thatching, tilting, etc., or the roof tile itself is warped, and it is newly added directly on this. , It may not be compatible with the roofing metal roofing board and lacks compatibility, and this new roofing metal roofing board may often be released from the slate tile surface, and may serve as a roof. Such as disappearing It has been filed in which produce convenience.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a lateral thatched roof structure according to the present invention has an individual roof tile such as a slate tile on a roof base material of a building, and an eaves-side end on a ridge-side end. Have an existing roof structure in which rows are roofed in a row at a predetermined pitch in the direction of the eaves so that they overlap each other with a predetermined overlapping width to form a step end surface. A roofing roof structure is newly constructed by hoisting a new roofing roofing board on top, and the cross-section width corresponds to the pitch pitch in the eaves direction, and the eaves side molding part on one side of the face plate part, the other side. The ridge-side molded part is formed on each of the parts, and the ridge-side molded parts that are adjacent to each other are provided with the side-roofing roof plate that allows the eaves-side molded part to be fitted and engaged. At least the ridge-side molded part of the plate has an outer surface folded back from the face plate part, and this outer surface is the step end. When each of the rows of roofing roofing boards is placed on the roof tiles of each row, the folding outer surface is brought close to the step end surface. In the state in which it is placed, the mounting part is fixed to the roof base and the rafter side through the overlap part and fixed up.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, individual roof tiles such as slate tiles are provided on the roof base material of the building, and the eaves-side end portion has a predetermined overlapping width on the ridge-side end portion. Has an existing roof structure that is made up of a series of rows with a predetermined pitch pitch in the eaves ridge direction so that they overlap to form stepped end faces.A new roof structure is added to this existing roof structure. In a new thatched roof structure that is constructed by hoisting a horizontal thatched roof board, the cross section width corresponds to the pitch interval in the eaves side direction, with the eaves side molding part on one side of the face plate part and the ridge side molding part on the other side. And a side-roof roof plate that allows the eaves-side moldings to be fitted and engaged with the ridge-side moldings that are adjacent to each other,
At least the ridge-side forming part of this roofing roof plate is formed with an outer surface folded back from the face plate part and a mounting part which is located on the overlap part when the outer surface is brought close to the step end surface. Therefore, on the surface of the single roof tile on the ridge side of the existing roof structure, place the face plate part of the roofing roofing board on the ridge side, and turn its outer surface to the step end surface of the single roof tile on the eaves side. Just by bringing them close to each other, the roof board mounting part can be placed on the overlapping part of the roof tiles on the eaves side and the ridge side without any trouble such as restricting the position of the roof tiles to a predetermined position. Can be easily located.

Furthermore, by fixing and fixing this attachment part to the existing roof base material, and eventually to the lumber through the overlapping part with the fastener, the movement and separation of the individual roof tiles on the eaves side and the ridge side can be achieved. Can be reliably regulated. In addition, even if there is a small gap between the outer surface folded back from the face plate portion of the roof plate and the step end face of the slate tile, this gap can absorb the positional deviation of the slate tile.

Further, in this state, the eaves side molding part of the roof board is fitted and engaged with the ridge side molding part of the roof board, and by repeating this operation in sequence, the unit roof tile of each step is It is possible to directly raise the corresponding thatched roof shingles on the surface as expected.

In addition, since the new roof structure that is roofed on the existing roof structure in this way is a structure that only substantially covers the surface portion of the existing single roof tile with the thatched roof plate,
The overall thickness of the obtained roof structure is sufficiently thin as compared with the conventional double structure, and there is no fear of impairing the external appearance or giving an extra weight load.

In addition, each roof tile of each row is made to correspond to each roof tile of each row, and the fasteners at the mounting portion are provided through the overlapping portion of each roof tile on the eaves side and the ridge side. Since it is mounted and fixed, it is possible to integrate the existing and new roof structures extremely strongly without the need for intervening metal rafters, etc., and also to reduce the weight sufficiently. In addition, it has an excellent feature that it can be easily lifted up and the workability can be remarkably improved, and that the overall structure is simple, easy and inexpensive to carry out.
