造時に用いられ、電熱線ないし被覆線を渦巻状に巻付
け、所要箇所を放射状に熱刃を用いて融着してなる熱可
塑性樹脂製シートよりなる円盤状のマットにおいて、熱
刃にて融着され、止着される電熱線の内周端を、外周端
が位置する直径線上より側方に一定距離ずらせたことを
