Description
【0001】[0001]
The present invention is a combination of a writing instrument and a writing instrument stand for use such as when a writing instrument such as a ballpoint pen stands vertically to support it during standby, or is temporarily suspended during use and placed on it. Regarding the structure.
【0002】[0002]
It is important for a general writing utensil stand to have functionality that allows immediate use when the writing utensil being used is temporarily placed and to minimize the space on the desk as much as possible when the writing utensil is in use temporarily. However, the current situation is that these conditions are not sufficiently satisfied.
Therefore, conventionally, as a writing instrument and a writing instrument stand having the above-described functions, a structure has been proposed in which the writing instrument is vertically erected by the attraction force between the writing instrument side magnet and the writing instrument stand side magnet as shown in FIG. In the figure, a ball-point pen 11 as an example of a writing instrument is one in which a first permanent magnet 12 is provided on the upper end of a ball-point pen body 11A, and the first permanent magnet 12 is formed of a non-magnetic material such as plastic. The magnet holding member 13 is embedded in the magnet holding member 13 by insert molding, bonding or the like, and the magnet holding member 13 is connected and fixed to the upper end of the ball pen body 11A by a connecting tool 14.
On the other hand, in the writing instrument stand 15, a support 17 formed of wire such as steel is erected on a pedestal 16 formed of plastic or the like, and a non-magnetic material magnet such as plastic is attached to the upper end of the support 17. In this structure, the holding member 18 is fixed, and the second permanent magnet 19 is embedded in the magnet holding member 18. A conical recess 20 is formed in the center of the upper surface of the pedestal 16 so that the tip 11B of the ballpoint pen 11 can be inserted thereinto and the position of the ballpoint pen 11 can be fixed to further stabilize the upright state. The column 17 has a curved upper portion, and the second permanent magnet 19 fixed to the upper end of the column 17 projects so as to be located right above the conical recess 20.
The magnetic poles of the first and second permanent magnets 12 and 19 are set in the vertical direction, and the polarity of the upper surface of the first permanent magnet 12 is the same as that of the lower surface of the second permanent magnet 19. It has a polarity different from polar. For example, the upper surface of the first permanent magnet 12 has an N pole, while the lower surface of the second permanent magnet 19 has an S pole. Therefore, when the tip of the ballpoint pen 11 is inserted into the conical recess 20 of the pedestal 16 and is upright, the magnetic poles of the facing permanent magnets 12 and 19 on the upper end side of the ballpoint pen are different from each other. The upper end receives a magnetic attraction force due to mutual permanent magnets. In addition, since a force vertically downward is exerted on the ball-point pen 11 due to gravity, the ball-point pen 11 remains upright on the pedestal 16 with the pen tip 11B due to the balance between the attraction force of the permanent magnets and the weight of the ball-point pen 11 itself. Can be held.
【0006】[0006]
By the way, in the case of the conventional example shown in FIG. 2, when the ball-point pen 11 which is a writing tool is returned to the writing tool standing position 15 and the ball-point pen 11 is tilted with respect to the pedestal 16, the permanent magnet 12 on the ball-pen side and the writing tool. Since the distance between the magnetic pole and the permanent magnet 19 on the upright side is large, the attraction force is weak and the ballpoint pen 11 cannot be held in the upright state and falls. Therefore, in order to obtain an attractive force for holding the ballpoint pen 11 on the writing instrument stand 15 in an upright state, the ballpoint pen 11 should be placed as vertically as possible with respect to the base 16 so that the distance between the permanent magnets 12 and 19 becomes small. You need to be careful. Even when the ballpoint pen 11 is held upright on the writing instrument stand 15, the ballpoint pen 11 is greatly shaken by a large vibration or shock, and the distance between the permanent magnets 12 and 19 is increased, so that the upright state cannot be maintained. It has the drawback of falling.
In view of the above points, the present invention can stably support the writing instrument in a vertical state, and when it is desired to use it, it can be used immediately and can be easily stored, so that the writing desk is limited. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a writing instrument and a writing instrument stand that occupy almost no space.
【0008】[0008]
In order to achieve the above object, the writing instrument and the writing instrument stand of the present invention have a writing instrument structure in which a first permanent magnet having a magnetic pole on the upper surface is attached to the upper end, and the writing instrument stand engages with the lower end of the writing instrument. A pedestal having a concave portion, a pillar standing on the pedestal and having an upper end located right above the concave portion, and a magnetic pole of the first permanent magnet suspended from the upper end of the pillar. And a magnet holding member having a second permanent magnet having a magnetic pole of opposite polarity opposed to the lower surface.
【0009】[0009]
In the combination of the writing instrument and the writing instrument stand of the present invention, when the lower end of the writing instrument is inserted into the recess of the pedestal of the writing instrument stand to stand upright, the upper magnetic pole of the first permanent magnet attached to the upper end of the writing instrument and the writing instrument stand side. The second permanent magnet has a magnetic pole opposite to the magnetic pole on the lower surface side of the second permanent magnet, and therefore attracts, but gravity acting on the writing instrument works to press the writing instrument against the recess of the pedestal.
As described above, the balance between the attractive force of the permanent magnet and the gravity applied to the writing instrument allows the writing instrument to maintain a stable upright state without falling in any direction, and is easy to use immediately. It is kept in a convenient state. In addition, since the second permanent magnet is hung, it can move to follow the first permanent magnet at the upper end of the ballpoint pen, and even if the writing instrument is tilted by an unexpected external force, Due to the attractive force of the second permanent magnet, the force that tries to raise the writing instrument acts to minimize the distance between them, and the writing instrument is restored to a stable upright state, and when the writing instrument is returned, the writing instrument is correctly placed vertically. Even if it is not placed, it can be naturally held upright with a slight inclination, so that the writing instrument can be easily returned.
【0011】[0011]
Embodiments of a writing instrument and a writing instrument stand according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, a ballpoint pen 1 as an example of a writing instrument is one in which a first permanent magnet 2 is provided at the upper end of a ballpoint pen body 1A. As shown in the figure, a magnet holding member 3 made of a non-magnetic material such as plastic is fixed to the upper end of the ball pen body 1A, and the first permanent magnet 2 is inserted into the magnet holding member 3 by insert molding, bonding, It is buried by screwing, press fitting, etc.
On the other hand, in the writing instrument stand 5, a pedestal 7 formed of wire such as steel is erected on a pedestal 6 formed of plastic or the like, and a second permanent magnet 9 is insert-molded, bonded, screwed, This is a structure in which a magnet holding member 8 made of a non-magnetic material such as plastic, which is embedded by press fitting or the like, is hung on the upper end of the column 7 through a thread 4. A conical recess 10 is formed in the center of the upper surface of the pedestal 6 so that the tip 1B of the ballpoint pen 1 can be inserted thereinto and the position of the ballpoint pen 1 can be fixed to further stabilize the upright state. Further, the column 7 has a curved upper portion and projects so that the upper end thereof is located directly above the conical recess 10, and the magnet holding member 8 is suspended so as to be located directly above the conical recess 10. ing. The height of the magnet holding member 8 is set so as not to come into contact with the magnet holding member 3 at the upper end of the ballpoint pen when the ballpoint pen 1 is erected on the pedestal 6 and so that the ballpoint pen 1 does not float up.
By the way, the magnet holding member 3 at the upper end of the ball-point pen, the pedestal 6 of the writing instrument stand 5 and the magnet holding member 8 can be formed in any shapes. In this embodiment, as shown in the drawing, the magnet holding member 3 is used. Is a petal shape, the pedestal 6 is a flowerpot shape, and the magnet holding member 8 suspended from the pillar 7 is a bee shape.
Here, the magnetic poles of the first and second permanent magnets 2 and 9 are set in the vertical direction, and the polarity of the upper surface of the first permanent magnet 2 is set to the second permanent magnet 9. The polarity is different from that of the bottom surface of the. For example, the upper surface of the first permanent magnet 2 has an N pole, while the lower surface of the second permanent magnet 9 has an S pole. Therefore, by inserting the lower end (tip) of the ballpoint pen 1 into the conical recess 10 of the pedestal 6 and standing it up, the magnetic poles of the facing permanent magnets 2, 9 on the upper end side of the ballpoint pen have different polarities. It receives a magnetic attraction force between the permanent magnets. The ball-point pen 1 is acted on by this suction force and the force directed vertically downward due to the gravity applied to the ball-point pen 1, and this balance holds the ball-point pen 1 in the upright state so as not to fall from the writing instrument stand 5.
When the ballpoint pen 1 is taken out from the writing instrument stand 5, if the ballpoint pen 1 is pulled close to the hand as it is, the attraction force of the permanent magnet can be released and the holding state can be easily released.
When the ball-point pen 1 is tilted from the vertical state due to an unexpected external force, the magnet holding member 8 holding the permanent magnet 9 facing the permanent magnet 2 on the ball-point pen side is suspended by the thread 7 on the column 7. , The permanent magnet 9 moves so as to follow the permanent magnet 2 at the upper end of the ballpoint pen, and the attraction force between the permanent magnets 2 and 9 reduces the distance between them so that the ballpoint pen 1 is returned to the upright state. Therefore, even if the ball-point pen 1 sways due to vibration, impact, etc., it does not easily fall down. Further, as shown in the figure, when the ballpoint pen 1 is returned to the writing instrument stand 5, even if the ballpoint pen 1 is placed with a slight inclination (two-dot chain line X) with respect to the pedestal 6, the first permanent magnet 2 on the ballpoint pen side is Correspondingly, since the second permanent magnet 9 of the magnet holding member 8 can move to meet as indicated by the chain double-dashed line Y, it can be held in the upright state without falling down, and the second permanent magnet 9 with respect to the pedestal 6 can be held. The operation of placing the ball-point pen 1 can be facilitated as compared with the conventional structure in which the permanent magnet is fixed.
Further, by devising the shapes of the magnet holding member 3 at the upper end of the ballpoint pen, the pedestal 6 of the writing instrument stand 5 and the magnet holding member 8, an effect as an interior can be obtained, and the ballpoint pen 1 and the suspended magnet holding member are obtained. You can enjoy it as a moving interior by shaking and rotating the 8.
In the above embodiment, the magnet holding member 3 has a flower shape, the pedestal 6 has a flowerpot shape, and the suspended magnet holding member 8 has a bee shape, but various shapes can be used. Yes, you can increase the variety of products by changing the design.
Although the magnet holding member 8 is hung with the thread 4 in the above embodiment, a wire or the like may be used, and the upper end of the magnet holding member 8 may be pivotally attached to the upper end portion of the column to be hung.
【0021】[0021]
As described above, the writing instrument and the writing instrument stand of the present invention allow the writing instrument to be easily taken out and returned by holding the writing instrument upright in a small space, and at the same time, a limited space such as a desk. Can be effectively used.
Further, by suspending the permanent magnet on the side of the writing instrument as in the present invention, it becomes possible to move in correspondence with the permanent magnet on the side of the writing instrument, and the permanent magnet on the side of the writing instrument can be moved to the column. Compared to the conventional example of the structure that is fixed to, it is less likely to fall even if tilted and it is resistant to vibration, etc., and when returning the writing instrument, even if it is not placed vertically vertically on the writing instrument stand, if it is slightly inclined, it will stand upright naturally. Since it is kept in a state, it is possible to easily put the writing instrument.
Further, regarding the writing instrument and the writing instrument stand, by devising the shapes of the magnet holding member such as plastic surrounding the permanent magnet and the pedestal of the writing instrument stand, various designs of animals, plants, etc. can be easily obtained. It can also be used as a desk interior and is suitable for use at the reception desks of companies, offices, and various facilities.
Further, since the writing instrument reacts and moves by rotating the writing instrument or shaking the magnet holding member on the writing instrument stand side, it is possible to add toy-like enjoyment.
