Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture gratings by a small scale equipment by bending and machining straight line sections having a specific width and diagonal sections in a zig-zag shape in succession with strip steel plates, etc., and welding and fixing contacts of the straight line sections and diagonal section with short straight line sections. CONSTITUTION:A grating body is constituted of straight line sections 1 having a specific width and bending line sections 3 formed of diagonal sections 5 formed by turning at turning sections 2 and 4 and short straight line sections 6. Contacts 7 bringing the diagonal sections 5 from the turning sections 2 and the short straight line sections 6 into contact with the straight line sections 1 are provided, they are welded and fixed with the contacts 7 from the front and rear sides, and side plates 8 and 9 are also fixed to both sides. According to the constitution, panel cutting, lug cutting, etc., are not required, and gratings can be manufactured by a small scale equipment.

In the conventional grating, a plurality of strip steel main bars are arranged in parallel in the depth direction at a predetermined interval, and a cross bar made of twisted steel bar or the like is heated and pressure welded in a direction orthogonal to the main bars by an electric pressure welding method. It is generally manufactured by assembling and forming in a lattice shape, cutting the main bar to fit a predetermined groove width dimension, and welding a side plate to the cut surface.

However, in order to manufacture the above-mentioned conventional grating, a factory large enough to arrange a plurality of long main bars made of strip steel in parallel is required, and the crossbar is pressure welded to the main bars. Therefore, large-scale electric pressure welding equipment and large-scale cutting equipment for cutting the panel to a predetermined size are required, which requires a large capital investment and a large number of workers.

Further, cutting of the panel and cutting of the ear are inevitable, and noise and dust at the time of cutting are extremely intense, and there is a danger of hearing loss for workers, which is a factor of deteriorating the environment at the work site.

In addition, in the conventional grating itself, although the crossbar is pressure-welded to the main bar by electric heating, it is difficult to secure sufficient bonding strength, and distortion occurs due to insufficient rigidity. There are various problems such as the fact that it is easy and the work for correcting the distortion is extremely difficult.

The structure of the present invention for achieving the above object will be described with reference to the drawings corresponding to the embodiments. A strip of metal such as a strip of steel is provided in the width direction. A bend that forms a contact 7 that abuts the straight line portion 1 at one or more points by combining a straight line portion 1 that crosses in a straight line shape and an arbitrary linear shape such as a skewed portion, a short straight line portion, a bent portion, and a curved portion in the width direction. Both the line portion 3 and the line portion 3 are continuously formed in a one-stroke writing sequence through the folded portions 2 and 4 at the side ends so that they are alternately adjacent to each other, and the respective contact points 7 of the straight line portion 1 and the bent line portion 3 are welded. Combined with each other.

In the grating having the above-described structure according to the present invention, the straight line portion 1 and the bent line portion 3 forming the contact 7 abutting the straight line portion 1 are formed by using a strip of metal such as a strip of steel. It is formed by successively forming in a single stroke and welding each contact 7, and the whole of the grating main body is made of a single strip of metal, and the straight portion 1 has the function of a beam. Since the contact points 7 are welded and bonded, it is extremely excellent in rigidity and can reduce the plate thickness of the strip material by about 5% as compared with the conventional one, and a conventional crossbar material such as torsion bar steel is used. It can be unnecessary.

Further, by appropriately adjusting and setting the distance between the linear portions 1 such that the inner side edge is narrower than the outer side edge, various arc shapes or curvatures having different curvatures can be obtained. Gratings of various shapes such as S-shape can be obtained very easily.

Further, the bending work of the metal strip-shaped plate for continuously forming a single strip of the metal strip-shaped plate on the straight line portion 1 and the bent line portion 3 in a single stroke in sequence is extremely possible even in a small-scale facility. It can be easily performed, and the panel cutting and the ear cutting, which are conventionally inevitable, can be eliminated.

EXAMPLES Examples of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, a strip-shaped metal plate such as a single strip of steel (including flat steel and I-shaped steel) is first used in the width direction. A straight line portion 1 that extends linearly is formed, and a side end portion of the straight line portion 1 is continuous with a bent line portion 3 having a zigzag shape through a folded portion 2, and the bent line portion 3 is formed on the other side corresponding to the side edge. It continues to the next straight line portion 1 that linearly extends in the width direction at a predetermined interval through the folded-back portion 4 at the side edge, and thus both the straight line portion 1 and the bent line portion 3 are continuous. Then, the grating main body is formed by repeating alternately and continuously forming in a single stroke.

The bent line portion 3 is provided with a contact portion 7 which is in contact with the linear portion 1 by forming a diagonal portion 5 from the folded portion 2 and subsequently a short linear portion 6 in a direction transverse to the width direction. After that, a contact point 7 is further provided with a slanted portion 5 and a short straight line portion 6, and a zigzag shape extending from the slanted portion 5 to the folded-back portion 4 on the other side is formed. The contact point 7 with the bent line portion 3 is welded from both front and back sides to be firmly connected.

The position and the number of the contact points 7 between the straight line portion 1 and the bending line portion 3 can be set arbitrarily, and the bending line portion 3 contacts one or a plurality of straight line portions 2 at that portion. It is sufficient to form the contact points 7 in contact with each other, and the linear shape can be appropriately set and formed.
