Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は種々の寸法の異なる錠剤を分割するに用いる錠
剤カッターに関する。
〔従来の技術〕
単一錠剤を半分に分割して、その半量を服用する場合に
分割するための切れ目を有した錠剤がある。しかし、こ
の錠剤が小さいか又はもろい錠剤である場合は切れ目が
あっても、なかなかその切れ目どおりに分割できなかっ
たり、錠剤が崩れて粉末状になったりすることもある。
現在、分割するための切れ目の入った錠剤は多く見受け
られるが、この利点は複数の小投薬量単位の服用が可能
なことであり、これにより各投薬量単位に対して個々に
錠剤を特別に用意する費用をさけることが出来るから必
要不可欠なものである。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本考案は従来のような錠剤を手で分割するのではなく、
本考案の錠剤カッターを用いることにより、どの様な大
きさの錠剤でも簡単に、全く崩れることもなく分割する
ことを可能にしたものである。
本考案による錠剤を分割するカッターは支持台（３）上
に設けた錠剤収納部（２）と押台（４）上に設けた錠剤
切断刃（１）を連結部（５）で連結してなる錠剤カッタ
ーである。
本考案の錠剤カッターの大きさは任意に選択、設定する
ことができ限定するものではないが、支持台及び押台各
々巾２〜3cm、長さ７〜10cmの大きさが好ましい。材質
は金属、プラスチックその他任意のものが使用出来る
が、錠剤収納部の底面部はプラスチック等の比較的弾力
性があり、かつ、その表面の摩擦係数の比較的高い材質
を用いると錠剤がすべらなく、また刃が下りた時に損傷
を生じることもなく好ましい。
以下、本考案を実施例でもって説明する。
実施例１ 第１図は本考案による錠剤カッターの斜視図である。押
台（４）の底面部に対して垂直に錠剤切断刃（１）を設
ける。支持台（３）上に錠剤収納部（２）をあき三角形
状に設ける。この収納部は分割すべき錠剤を置くための
空間部であり、その大きさは通常の錠剤を自由に出し入
れ出来る広さがあればよい。連結部（５）で押台（４）
と支持台（３）が、たとえばネジ等で連結される。この
場合支持台（３）を手で固定して押台（４）が約180°
折りたたまれるように調製される。第２図ｂの側面断面
図で示したように、支持台（３）に設けた錠剤収納部
（２）の底面部は押台（４）の錠剤切断刃の刃先が軽く
接触するように調製される。
本考案による錠剤カッターの使用態様を説明すると次の
とおりである。
支持台（３）の側面を片手で固定し、分割すべき錠剤を
収納部（３）に置く、ついで押台（４）を支持台（３）
に向けて押し切りのように押えると錠剤は簡単に、全く
崩れることもなく分割することが出来る。

    （３）上に錠剤収納部（２）を設け、押台（４）上に錠
    剤切断刃（１）を設けて、支持台（３）、押台（４）を
    連結部（５）で連結してなる錠剤カッター。
