Conventionally, as seen in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 63-63368, the synthetic resin stirring liquid is first injected and foamed into the concave surface of the metal hoop material below,
After the foaming was completed, the synthetic resin stirring liquid was injected and foamed between the upper metal hoop material and the lower metal hoop material to manufacture a heat insulating material for construction. This is the so-called two-step method.

Synthetic resin stirring liquid is injected into the concave portion on the back side of the lower metal hoop material to foam, and then the second synthetic resin stirring liquid is injected and filled between the upper metal hoop material and the lower metal hoop material to foam. In the method of manufacturing a heat insulating material, when the manufacturing equipment is fast at 6 m / min, when using rigid polyurethane foam, the rise time (foaming end time) is around 1 minute and the first injection point in the conventional two-stage foaming. And the distance between the injection points in the second step is about 6 m. On top of that, two synthetic resin liquid agitators are required.

The conventional method has many problems in terms of cost and location. Separately, from the viewpoint of synthetic resin foaming as a heat insulating material, the synthetic resin stirring liquid is injected into the concave portion of the lower metal hoop, and after foaming, the synthetic resin stirring liquid is injected and foamed again. A skin layer is generated due to the free foaming on the surface injected and foamed. Since the synthetic resin agitation liquid is again injected and filled on top of that, the adhesive strength between the foams of the first foam and the second foam is weakened, and the structural strength is poor.

The inventors of the present invention have reached the present invention as a result of earnest efforts to obtain a heat insulating material of a synthetic resin foam without a skin layer, and further to bring stirring and injection as close as possible.

Even if the concave and convex portions of the metal hoop material below are traversed (repeated repeatedly) from an independent synthetic resin liquid stirrer with the same discharge amount by the one-stage method, sufficient liquid is filled into the concave portion of the trapezoidal vein. However, voids are formed, and a skin layer is formed on the surface of the voids. The present invention has been conceived in order to solve the above problems.

That is, the present invention continuously supplies the metal hoop material below,
A trapezoidal vein is continuously formed with a trapezoidal vein forming roll, and the upper metal hoop material is continuously supplied, and the lower metal hoop material and the upper metal hoop material on which the trapezoidal vein is formed are vertically opposed to each other. From the independent synthetic resin liquid stirrer with a large discharge amount to each of the concave portions on the back side of the trapezoidal vein of the metal hoop material below.
A small amount of synthetic resin liquid stirrer with a small discharge amount is simultaneously injected and sprinkled on each of the convex surfaces, and the synthetic resin stirrer is foamed between the lower metal hoop material and the upper metal hoop material, and the upper and lower pressure contact conveyors are used to set a predetermined amount. A method for manufacturing a heat insulating material, which is characterized by obtaining a thickness, will be described with reference to the drawings in order to explain the present invention in detail.

FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the present invention, in which 7 is a synthetic resin liquid stirrer (large discharge amount), 8 is a synthetic resin liquid stirrer (small discharge amount), and the concave surface portion 4 and the convex surface portion 5 of the lower metal hoop material 2 are shown. Synthetic resin stirring liquid 9 is injected and sprayed on. In order to make the synthetic resin injection spray liquid 10 uniform, the synthetic resin liquid stirrers 7 and 8 traverse with a width of 5 to 15 cm. Also, the position of the discharge port 11 of the synthetic resin stirrer is in the synthetic resin liquid stirrer 7 (unit: cm, see FIG. 1). In the synthetic resin liquid agitator 8, Is desirable.
