2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to deliver a strong oxidizing liquid such as sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid, which has a strong oxidizing power, or an acidic liquid having strong oxidizing power, a strong alkaline liquid, or other harmful gas from a supply source to a receiving facility, a delivery pipe as shown in FIG. 1 is covered with a protective tube 3 with a constant gap to form a double structure, and joints 2 and 2 ′ are connected to both ends of the protective tube 3 so that the other side of the joint 2 and 2 ′ is connected. Attached tightly to the delivery pipe 1, nitrogen N 2 and other inert gases are fed from the feed pipe 4 of one joint 2 into the gap formed by the delivery pipe 1 and the protective pipe 3, and discharged from the other joint 2 ′. Remove this inert gas from tube 5,
The drug is prevented from leaking in the middle of the delivery pipe and diffusing into the structures and facilities to cause a serious accident.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional apparatus, when leakage occurs at this part due to damage of the joint or deterioration of the pipe, it is overlooked and left without being completely removed, and a large amount is left. There was a risk of causing an accident. Therefore, the present invention is intended to improve the problems of the above-mentioned conventional example.

[Means for Solving the Problems] A protective pipe is covered on the outer side of a delivery pipe that is piped from a drug supply source to a receiving facility, and the protective pipe and the delivery are provided at both ends of the protective pipe. A joint for keeping airtightness in the gap with the pipe is attached, and an inert gas is passed from one joint toward the other joint, and the change in the components in the inert gas is constantly monitored by a sensor.

[Action] An inert gas is passed between the delivery pipe and the protective pipe, and the components in the inert gas are checked by a sensor and an analysis device. Even if there is a leak, it is immediately detected, and the leaked drug is collected by the protective tube without spreading to the outside and the safety is sufficiently maintained.

The protective tube 3 is covered with a constant gap, and joints 2 and 2'for blocking the gap between the protective tube 3 and the delivery tubes 1, 1 ', 1 "from the outside are provided at both ends of the protective tube 3. Each of them is connected to each other, and the feed pipe 4 of one joint 2 is connected to an inert gas storage tank such as nitrogen gas N 2 to supply gas, and the discharge pipe 5 of the other joint 2 ′ is connected via a sensor 10. It is sent from the duct 11 to the detoxification device.

As described above, the medicine is fed from the tank 7 to the receiving facility 9, and at the same time, the inert gas is delivered from the inlet pipe 4 to the delivery pipes 1, 1 ', 1 "and the protective pipe 3 in parallel with this. This inert gas is continuously monitored by the sensor 10 through the discharge pipe 5 through the gap formed by the sensor 10, and the change in the component, that is, the detection of even a small amount of the drug component delivered in the delivery pipe in the gas is detected. If it is given, it means that there is a location where the medicine leaks in the delivery pipe between the joints 2 and 2 ′.
As a result, repair work can be performed immediately, and the occurrence of accidents can be prevented. Moreover, since the gas used here is an inert gas, it does not react with the drug leaked from the delivery pipe and is safe. The output detected by the above-mentioned sensor is sent to another component analysis device, and the components are instantaneously and accurately analyzed, and when an abnormality is detected, an alarm is issued and the delivery of the drug is immediately stopped. .

As described above, according to the present invention, the leakage of the drug is always detected from the change in the component of the inert gas. Therefore, if any amount is detected, an alarm is immediately issued and at the same time the drug transfer is stopped. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent the occurrence of an accident due to the leakage of the medicine.
