るものである. 〔発明の背景〕 一般に両面複写装置では複写部で片面に複写した記録紙
を複写部の下方に設けたスタッカーへ収容させた後,ス
タッカーから記録紙を複写部へ再給紙して両面を複写で
きるようになっているが,このスタッカーへの記録紙の
収容は再給紙し易い状態で行う必要がある. ところが,従来の両面複写装置では片面複写後の記録紙
をスタッカーへ収容する方向及びスタッカーから記録紙
を複写部へ再給紙する方向に回転できる摩擦輪(摩擦ベ
ルトの場合もある)に,該摩擦輪が記録紙を収容する方
向に回転するときはフリー回転し,再給紙する方向に回
転するときは回転しない重送防止ローラを圧接するのみ
で,記録紙は重送防止ローラを離れた位置でその後端が
落下してしまいスタッカー上に正しく収容されないとい

とを目的としている. 〔発明の構成〕 上記の目的を達成するため,この発明は片面複写後の記
録紙をスタッカーへ収容する方向及びスタッカーから記
録紙を複写部へ再給紙する方向に回転できる摩擦部材を
備え,該摩擦部材に,該摩擦部材が記録紙を収容する方
向に回転するときはフリー回転し,再給紙する方向に回
転するときは回転しない重送防止ローラを圧接してなる
