Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize a correct positioning of a sheath with respect to an endoscope by a method wherein a means for stopping sheath rotation with respect to a peripheral direction of the endoscope is provided between a hard sheath part on a sheath side and an operation part or a hard insertion part on a hard endoscope side. CONSTITUTION:A correct positioning of a sheath 8 with respect to a peripheral direction of an endoscope 5 can be realized by a rotation stopping means provided between a hard sheath part 6 on a sheath 8 side and an operation part 2 or a hard insertion part 1 on a hard endoscope 5 side. By this, a correct positioning of a window 1A for inspection and cure or the like which is provided at a tip end of the endoscope 5 with another window 6A provided on a hard sheath part 6 can be realized without fail.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a rigid endoscope for inserting and inserting a rigid portion into a body cavity through an outer tube to observe and treat the inside of the body cavity. 2. Description of the Related Art As one of endoscopes for observing and treating the inside of a body cavity, for example, a distal end side is inserted into the abdominal cavity through a trocar mantle tube pierced into the abdomen or the like so that the affected area or the like can be directly observed or appropriate treatment can be performed. A rigid endoscope capable of performing has been developed and used. In such an endoscope, there is a risk of contacting the affected part in the body or the like with blood or the like and contaminating each part, so it is necessary to perform sterilization before and after use. For example, gas sterilization with EOG (ethylene oxide gas) is performed. By the way, since this rigid endoscope has a relatively thin and long shape and has a complicated structure in which a narrow passage runs along the longitudinal direction of the main body, it is often used for sterilization work. Requires labor and effort. Therefore, for example, a sheath device for an endoscope as described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2-54734 has been developed. This endoscope sheath device is configured to include a rigid portion that serves as a cylindrical cap-shaped support and a soft portion that is formed of an elastomeric material and wound in a roll shape. It is designed to be attached to the tip side of the part.

By the way, the sheath device having such a structure has a structure for covering the entire insertion portion on the distal end side of the endoscope, but does not cover the external portion including the operation portion. Therefore, it is necessary to sterilize. In addition, such a sheath device is not particularly considered for use in a rigid endoscope that is inserted into the abdominal cavity or the like through the trocar outer tube. That is, when this sheath device is used for a rigid endoscope, it is difficult to smoothly pass through the outer tube because the soft portion is made of a material having a large friction coefficient such as an elastomer.

In addition, since it is necessary to form an airtight structure between the outer tube and the outer tube, the gap between the outer tube and the inner peripheral surface is severely limited in dimension, and therefore it cannot be used in practice. Further, in such a sheath device, even if the sheath device can pass through the outer tube, if the outer tube has a blade at its tip, the blade may damage the soft portion. Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention provides an airtightness with the mantle tube and there is no fear of damage by the blade of the mantle tube, and further, an observation treatment provided on the distal end surface of the rigid endoscope, etc. It is an object of the present invention to provide a rigid endoscope device capable of easily and accurately aligning the window for performing the operation with the window provided on the distal end surface of the sheath.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows a rigid endoscope apparatus according to the present invention, and this rigid endoscope apparatus is shown in FIG.
The endoscope for insertion is inserted into the body cavity through the trocar mantle tube 9 shown in FIG. 1 to observe and treat the affected area, and the rigid endoscope 1, the operating portion 2, and the connecting portion 3 are formed in a substantially straight line. 5
And a hard sheath portion 6 which is fitted and adhered to the rigid endoscope 5.
And a sheath 8 composed of the soft sheath portion 7. In order to protect the insertion rigid portion 1 from being contaminated by blood, pathogenic bacteria, etc. and not requiring sterilization, a rigid sheath portion 6 is inserted almost entirely from the distal end side. The outer peripheral surface is mirror-finished so that the hard sheath portion 6 can be smoothly inserted. Further, a window 1A for observing an affected area is formed on the distal end surface of the insertion rigid portion 1, but the rotation stopper described after being provided between the operation portion 2 side and the rigid sheath portion 6 will be described. By means 10 (see FIG. 2), the alignment with the window 6A formed on the distal end surface of the rigid sheath portion 6 can be performed well.

The operating portion 2 is formed in a spherical shape so that its center coincides with the central axis of the insertion rigid portion 1, and the soft sheath portion 6 is expandable and contractable so as to cover the entire outer peripheral surface of the operating portion 2. Are watertightly applied. Further, the operation unit 2 holds various parts of the soft sheath 6 attached thereto by hand, and performs various operations as necessary, for example, imaging of a diseased part, air supply,
Water can be sent. That is,
The operating portion 2 has a recess 12A formed by denting a part of the outer peripheral surface thereof so that the operating portion 2 can be directly turned on / off by pressing it with a finger from above the soft sheath portion 6 without applying a great force. And the operation buttons 4A, 4B in the recess 2A.
Are formed so as not to project from the outer peripheral surface. The shape of the operation portion 2 is not particularly limited to this, and may be any shape as long as the soft sheath portion can be easily attached thereto, and it is not necessary to provide a particularly sharp protruding portion. The operation portion 2 is provided with an engagement portion 2B having a notch 2C that constitutes one side of the rotation stopping means 10 for performing circumferential alignment with the hard sheath portion 6. .
