(Prior Art and Problems) As a conventional binding band, one having a hook-and-loop fastener sewn on the back surface and the other end surface of one end of the band is sewn is used. After cutting the band to a length that allows it to be bound together, hook-and-loop fasteners must be sewn to both ends of the band, which not only reduces production efficiency and increases the unit price of the product, but also increases the length of the sewn hook-and-loop fastener. There was a drawback that the binding could only be adjusted within the range.

Such a drawback is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 1-158807, a surface fastener in which a female surface portion and a male surface portion are formed on a single sheet or Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1-164807. A flexible fastener band with innumerable engaging protrusions on the surface and a pile band with innumerable piles on the front surface are intimately integrated with each other on the back surface. It can be solved by cutting into pieces.

However, although the former surface fastener is rational as a device, since it is not possible to form a female surface portion and a male surface portion at the same time, it is possible to form either one and then the other. For example, since the surface portion previously formed is crushed, it is difficult to manufacture, and it has not been commercialized and cannot be used. Even if it is commercialized, if it is cut into a long length with a predetermined width like a binding band, it will be cut with a slight scratch on the cutting side edge, or the cutting side edge will be released by contact with another object Therefore, it is not suitable for a binding band.

Also, the latter surface fastener has no problems in terms of manufacturing, but like the former, when it is cut into a long length with a predetermined width, it is cut by a slight scratch on the edge of the cutting side or by contact with another object. It is not suitable as a binding band because the side edges are loose.

(Purpose of Invention) The present invention is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-37414.
Stepless adjustment in the length direction focusing on the presence of a surface fastener with a flexible engagement band structure in which engaging projections having anchor-like heads at the tip are aligned in the longitudinal direction at equal intervals in the width direction. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel binding band that can be used at low cost.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The binding band of the present invention comprises a flexible engagement band having innumerable engagement protrusions formed on the surface thereof and a pile band having innumerable piles formed on the surface thereof. In the binding band which is closely integrated with the pile band, as the engagement band, engagement protrusions having anchor-shaped heads at the tip end are aligned in the longitudinal direction at equal intervals in the width direction, and the band is tightly integrated with the pile band. The converting means is a means for fusion-bonding the engagement protrusions along the longitudinal direction by high frequency or ultrasonic waves, and is cut into a predetermined width along the adhesion line.

The engagement band 3 is a conventionally known one, and the engagement projection 1 thereof has an anchor-shaped head at the tip of a stem 11 which is tapered as shown in FIG. This head has a shape in which ear-shaped projections 13 project to the left and right of the spear-shaped projection 12 and are curved toward the base of the stem 11.

The binding band is fed to the ultrasonic fusing device by stacking the back surface of the engagement band having a fixed length wound on a drum or the like and the back surface of the pile band 5 having the same width and also wound on the drum. It is manufactured by guiding and continuously performing point fusion along the interval between the engaging protrusions 1.

Further, in use, it is sufficient to cut along the fusing line to a width and a length with which the object to be bound can be wound, and no special processing is required.

(Effects of the Invention) In the binding band of the present invention described above, the flexible engagement band is such that the engagement projections having anchor-shaped tips are aligned in the longitudinal direction at equal intervals in the width direction. Therefore, the space between the engaging protrusions can be used as the fusion space and the cutting space, and the fusion space is linearly aligned along the longitudinal direction.

Therefore, the back surface of the pile belt having a myriad of piles formed on the back surface is superposed on the back surface of the flexible engagement band, and rolls in the fusion space between the engagement projections according to the feeding of the band. By interposing the high-frequency or ultrasonic wave electrodes and performing point fusion of the overlapped members, it is possible to easily and efficiently integrate them without crushing the engaging protrusions, and along the fusion line. Even if it is cut into a predetermined width by cutting, the cut portion is a fused portion, so the cutting edge strength is strong, it does not accidentally cut or loosen, it has excellent durability, and A tight bundling can be achieved by the step bundling adjustment.
