[Problems to be Solved by Conventional Techniques and Inventions] Conventionally, since concrete panels are manufactured in advance in factories, it is not necessary to assemble concrete by forming a formwork on site, and the quality is excellent and the construction period is wide. It is widely used for prefabricated houses and curtain walls and floors of general buildings such as buildings, factories and warehouses because it can be shortened.

However, although it is said that only a flat pattern can be obtained when the glaze is rubbed, and a three-dimensional pattern can be obtained even when using the concavo-convex roller. However, only the pattern in the direction of placement could be applied, and the types of external appearance of the panel were limited.

In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a glazing method capable of giving a free pattern and easily obtaining a concrete panel excellent in designability.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The glaze method of the present invention is a method of scraping the surface of a concrete panel using an aggregate containing iron to give a desired pattern, and then applying a glaze that discolors due to the presence of iron to the entire surface. It is characterized by being fired.

First, concrete panels using aggregates containing iron
The surface of (1) is scraped off to give a desired pattern. (2) shows the part that has been scraped off (the part with unevenness). As the aggregate containing iron, foamed shale, andesite, etc. can be used, and the aggregate and cement and water are further mixed with an admixture or an admixture, if necessary, molded and dried. Concrete panels are produced. Shaving (roughening) of the panel (1) may be performed by using, for example, a router or sandblasting, and is not particularly limited in the present invention.
The shaving depth does not need to be uniform over the entire panel, and a shallow shaving portion and a deep shaving portion may be provided. The scraping needs to be performed to the extent that the glaze can be influenced by the iron content contained in the aggregate, and the required depth is about 1 to 5 mm, although it depends on the composition of the cement kneading mixture and the type of glaze applied.

Then, a glaze (4) that discolors due to the presence of iron is applied to the surface of the concrete panel that has been subjected to uneven processing. Specific examples of the glaze that can be suitably used include a frit glaze and a raw glaze. Among them, it is particularly preferable to use the frit glaze from the viewpoint of the melting temperature of the glaze. The coating amount of the glaze is not particularly limited in the present invention, and the coating method may be a commonly used method such as spraying, pouring or brush coating.

After the glaze is applied, the concrete panel (1) is fired in a shuttle kiln, a roller hearth kiln, a tunnel kiln or the like. The firing temperature and firing time may be appropriately set, but are generally 800 to 950 ° C and 0.5 to 1 respectively.

The color development state is different between the portion (2) that has been subjected to the uneven processing and the other portion, that is, the cement surface layer (4), and it is possible to realize an external appearance that is extremely excellent in design and has a three-dimensional effect in combination with the uneven processing.
