However, in any of the above-mentioned tea leaves, etc., the scent component is likely to disappear (vaporize) when exposed to air, and is easily deteriorated due to the influence of oxygen and moisture in the air, so that the filter paper portion is permeable. With the package having the above-mentioned, the quality immediately deteriorated, and long-term storage was impossible. In particular, coffee bean powder loses its flavor component and loses its commercial value if it is exposed to the air for a long time.

Therefore, the package having the filter paper part as described above is housed in an outer bag, such as an aluminum foil, which has excellent gas barrier property and moisture barrier property, and has a tight sealing property, so as to block the outside air and prevent the invasion of moisture. However, long-term storage is possible.
However, since each tea bag and the like is contained in an outer bag, it is very troublesome to break the outer bag and take out the tea bag. In particular,
Since the outer bag is made of a relatively thick one or a strong one in order to tightly seal tea leaves and the like, it has a drawback that the outer bag is difficult to break. In order to make it easier to break, a structure such as a notch or a picking portion is provided, but this causes a problem that the structure of the outer bag becomes complicated and the cost becomes high.

Fine substances that are soaked in liquid to leach active ingredients include tea leaves such as black tea, green tea, and oolong tea, or coffee bean powder,
There are various types of beverages that can be obtained by soaking in hot water. In addition to fine substances for beverages, for adding seasoning such as vinegar and liquor to active ingredients that add flavor and scent or medicinal to liquids, and for taking soup and dashi stock, for cooking It may be any one that can obtain a liquid containing some useful component by leaching, such as one for adding a liquid containing an active ingredient serving as a seasoning. Depending on the nature of the fine particles for leaching the active ingredient, the vaporizing component and the harmful component which should block the contact are different, and the sealing performance such as gas barrier property required for the sealing material is also different.

As with conventional tea bags, the filter material used is a filter paper-like material made of paper, non-woven fabric, etc., and the contained fines cannot pass through, but the leaching solvent or the active ingredient leaches out from the fines. The liquid component used should have fine holes that allow it to pass through.

As the sealing material, the fine substance for leaching the active ingredient does not escape the scent and other vaporized components, and keeps the fine substance in a good state such as gas barrier property or moisture resistance to prevent the invasion of oxygen and moisture from the outside. It must have a combination of various performances required for storage, that is, have a sealing property, and must be soluble such that it can be dissolved in a leaching solvent such as hot water when the active ingredient is leached from a fine substance. Furthermore, it is also necessary to use an edible material that does not adversely affect the human body when the sealant dissolved in the leaching solvent is eaten or drunk with the active ingredient. What kind of gas component is required to be hermetically sealed, and what kind of liquid is required to be soluble is determined by the type of fine substance to be contained, and the properties suitable for each fine substance are used. Use one.

In the case of this invention, in order to sufficiently satisfy the above-mentioned requirements,
Very suitable gelatin is used as a sealant. Gelatin or gelatin film has good moisture permeation suppression, low oxygen permeability, is soluble in warm water, etc., and is obtained from natural animal tissues. No problem. As the gelatin, either acid-treated gelatin or alkali-treated gelatin can be used, and its pH value and production conditions are not particularly limited. However, for example, when it is applied to a package of black tea or green tea, turbidity and precipitation occur near the isoelectric point of each gelatin, so it is desirable to avoid these pH ranges when using.
For coffee, there is no problem due to the difference in pH range as described above.

In order to form gelatin into a film-like sealing material or to laminate gelatin on a filtering material, it is desirable to have plasticity, and the required sealing performance differs depending on the type of fine material. According to the requirement, glycerin, sugar, sugar alcohol, polysaccharide and the like can be added to gelatin. The addition of sugar or sugar alcohol improves the oxygen and moisture barrier properties of the sealant. For example, sugars include glucose, maltose, etc., sugar alcohols include sorbitol, maltitol, etc., and polysaccharides include carrageenan, pullulan, pectin, etc. The sugar alcohol means a general term for polyhydric alcohols obtained by reducing the carbonyl group of sugar.

The above-mentioned filter material is used in a state in which a filter body for packaging and containing a fine material is configured. The filter body is formed by folding and assembling the above-mentioned paper-like filter material into a bag shape, such as a so-called tea bag, which is composed of only the filter material,
There is a container made of a synthetic resin or the like, in which the filter material is provided in a part of a container for accommodating a fine material. In any case, the filter body can be packaged and housed in a state in which fine substances are sealed so as not to leak, and a leaching solvent is introduced through the filter material portion, and a liquid containing the active ingredient leached from the fine substances. It is enough if you can take out through the filter material part,
Conventional structures such as tea bags and coffee bean powder filter packs can be used.

As for the concrete structure of the sealing material, if you can seal the fine material inside the gelatin (sealing material) and prevent the vaporized components from escaping from the fine material and prevent oxygen and moisture from entering the fine material from the outside, you can use various ordinary The structure of the package can be adopted. For example, film-like gelatin can be laminated on the inside or outside of the filter body, especially the filter medium. In this case, a laminated sheet in which a filter material and a gelatin material are laminated is manufactured in advance, and the laminated sheet can constitute the whole or a part of the filter body. In addition, a film-like gelatin (sealing material) is formed into a bag shape, and after containing a fine material in the sealing material bag, the sealing material bag is housed in the filter body,
On the contrary, the filter body containing the fine matter may be contained in the sealing material bag. That is, it is sufficient that the fine material is packaged in a filter body provided with a filter medium, and at least the filter medium portion is doubly packaged with gelatin.

When the sealing material bag is housed in the filter body, the sealing material bag in which different kinds of fine particles for leaching the active ingredient are separately packaged can be housed in one filter body. This is because, for example, if coffee beans of different brands are packed in separate sealing material bags and housed in one filter, pouring hot water into the filter makes it easy to make so-called blended coffee. In addition to being convenient, it is possible to obtain coffee in which the taste and aroma of each brand of coffee beans are fully alive.

Further, as a constitution of the sealing material, components of taste and aroma such as acidity and flavor are added to the material of the sealing material within a range not impairing the function as the sealing material, and these components are gelatinized by a solvent for leaching. By dissolving it at the same time and taking it out together with the active ingredient from the fine substance, it is possible to give the obtained liquid component a variety of tastes and aromas that cannot be obtained only by leaching from the fine substance, It will be even more convenient.

In the conventional packaging for leaching active ingredients, as described above, the fine leaching of active ingredients such as flavor components is stored as a filter body containing a filter material having air permeability. In the invention, since the filter material and the gelatin are double-wrapped, the vaporized components of the fine substance are surely confined in the gelatin, and the invasion of oxygen and moisture from the outside is surely blocked by the gelatin. become.

Further, in the case of the present invention, since the gelatin is carried by the filtering material or the gelatin bag is wrapped by the filtering material to be protected by the filtering material, the sealed state of the fine substance by gelatin is broken. It is difficult, and the reliability of the function of preventing deterioration of the quality of fine particles due to the sealed state with gelatin is remarkable.

As a means for laminating the filtering material 21 and the sealing material 30, for example, when gelatin is used as the sealing material 30, the filtering material 2
A method of coating a gelatin solution with No. 1 as a support can be adopted. Also, after preparing the gelatin film,
There is also a method in which the filter material 21 is laminated and integrated by the action of heat or an adhesive. The method for applying the gelatin solution to the filter material 21 includes a casting method using a doctor knife or an air knife,
Conventional coating methods such as a gravure method and a dip coating method can be adopted. That is, in the case of the present invention, such a filter material is subjected to a sealing treatment with gelatin by laminating such a gelatin film or applying a gelatin solution.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment. In this embodiment,
The fine material 10 such as black tea leaves is enclosed and packaged in a bag (gelatin bag) 31 made of a gelatin film (sealant) 30, and the sealant bag 31 is in the form of a tea bag composed only of the filter material 21. It is housed in the filter body 20. Therefore,
The appearance is almost the same as that of the conventional tea bag, and if a leaching solvent such as hot water is poured into the filter body 20 in the same manner as an ordinary tea bag, the leaching solvent is squeezed inside the filter body 20. Thus, the sealing material bag 31 is melted.

FIG. 5 shows still another reference example. In this example, the same thing as a normal tea bag, in which the active substance leaching fine material 10 is housed in the filter body 20 composed of only the filter medium 21, It is sealed in an outer bag 32 made of the sealing material 30. The pull string 40 is pulled out of the sealed outer bag 32. At the time of use, hold the pull cord 40 and seal the outer bag 32.
If it is soaked in hot water as it is, the sealed outer bag 32 is melted, and only the filter body 20 inside remains, which is the same as a normal tea bag. In the illustrated sealed outer bag 32, both ends of a tubular sealing material film are sealed by heat seals 33 with a part of the pinch string 40 sandwiched therebetween. However, in the configuration shown in FIG. 5, the gelatin bag 31 is exposed and is not protected by the filter body 20. Therefore, the previous gelatin is carried by the filter medium or the gelatin bag is wrapped in the filter medium. Gelatin bag 3 as compared with the case of the embodiment in which it is covered and protected
1 is hard to break and lacks practicality.

[Effects of the Invention] According to the above-described package for leaching active ingredient according to the present invention, the fine particles for leaching active ingredient such as tea leaves and coffee bean powder are provided with the same filtering material as the conventional one. Since not only the filter body but also gelatin is packaged, the internal fine particles do not deteriorate during storage, the deterioration of the quality is suppressed, and the active ingredients such as flavoring ingredients are not lost. Therefore, even if the package is stored as it is for a long period of time, the taste and aroma of the fine substance do not change and can be maintained in a good state. Moreover, if a leaching solvent such as boiling water is added in a state where a fine substance is encapsulated with gelatin, the gelatin is dissolved, and the leaching of the active ingredient can be satisfactorily performed similarly to the conventional packaging body composed only of the filter body, Melted gelatin can be eaten as it is without any problem, so it is extremely convenient because it does not take time to remove the gelatin one by one.

Therefore, unlike the conventional case, there is no need to take apart the outer bag made of aluminum foil to take out the tea bag, and there is no need for a structure such as a notch or a knob to make the outer bag easy to tear. The manufacturing of the entire package is easy and the cost is low.

In addition, the function of preventing deterioration of the quality of fine particles due to the sealed state with gelatin is highly reliable. This is because the gelatin is protected by the filter medium and the gelatin bag is wrapped in the filter medium and is not easily damaged.
