Conventional technology and its problems Many communication devices are usually installed in the equipment room of communication facilities such as telephone offices. Recent communication equipment is much more compact than conventional communication equipment and has improved processing capability. Therefore, if communication equipment is installed collectively, an open space will be created in the equipment room. It can be used as etc. However, the existing communication cables attached to the communication equipment are laid in large quantities near the bottom of the main ceiling, and it is difficult to move, which causes communication interruption, so it is unavoidable to use it as it is. .
The communication cable is more public than general electric wiring (power cable) such as lighting wiring, so it is necessary to take measures to protect it from fire.

As one of the countermeasures, it is possible to construct a fireproof ceiling below the main ceiling and protect the existing communication cable by the fireproof ceiling. In this case, the lighting fixture wiring and air-conditioning duct for office use will be arranged between the main ceiling and the fireproof ceiling. Due to the public nature of communication cables, sufficient safety measures are taken at the time of laying them, so regular inspections are not usually performed. However, when laying general electric wiring and air conditioning ducts, safety measures similar to communication cables are used. Since it has not been removed, maintenance and inspection are absolutely necessary. In this case, if the doors required for maintenance and inspection of the air-conditioning duct etc. are provided on the fireproof ceiling, the fire resistance deteriorates, and such doors cannot be practically formed from the viewpoint of fire resistance. In this case, it is necessary to break a part of the refractory ceiling at the time of maintenance and inspection of the air conditioning duct, wiring, etc., which not only increases the construction cost but also takes a long time to restore.
Incidentally, it is possible to form an entrance / exit with sufficient consideration of fire resistance, and the above problems can be solved by forming such an entrance / exit of fire resistance, but the entrance / exit is made into a fire resistant structure,
In order to prevent the spread of fire to the cable, the structure becomes considerably complicated such as ensuring airtightness, the construction cost is high, and there is a problem in practical implementation.

When constructing the refractory ceiling (3), various refractory ceiling materials (31) such as calcium silicate molded plates are used, and the ceiling material (31) is a lightweight steel (32) as a ceiling substrate.
It is attached and fixed to. The ends of the shape steel (32) are fixed to, for example, a frame (not shown) of a pillar of a building. The shape steel (32) may be connected to the main ceiling (1) via bolts (33) for the purpose of increasing the strength of the ceiling base.
