【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、医療用具の技術分野に属し、薬液等の注入を
可能とした医療用の体内埋め込みリザーバーに関する。

の技術に於いて、リザーバーとカテーテルとの結合状態
は一体的にモールドして固定した結合方法を採用してい
るので、常にリザーバーとカテーテルとは一体なもので
ある。従って、リザーバーに対して一サイズのカテーテ
ルが対応している為にサイズを異にしたカテーテルに交
換することは出来ない。

更できる様に、そのカテーテル結合部分を分離可能な装
置を設けて、サイズを異にしたカテーテルに変換するこ
とが出来ない問題点を解決した。

有した金属製パイプと固定チップとネジ付固定用アダプ
ターと薬液逆流防止弁付パッキングとを構成したカテー
テル固定装置を設けて、係る手段で他のサイズのカテー
テルに変更し交換可能な様にした体内埋め込みリザーバ
ーを成した。

〔考案の実施例〕[Example of device]

本考案の一実施例について図面によって説明する。第1
図は従前の一実施例の側面断面図である。従前の体内埋
め込みリザーバーは、本体部分にゴムボタン7を設け
て薬液リザーブ貯蔵部8を設け更にカテーテル9を図示
した様に固定して設けて、構成されている。使用する場
合は、体内埋め込みリザーバーを患者の皮下へ埋設
(図示せず)してカテーテル9の先端部を該患者の体液
管、欠陥、臓器等患部へ挿入して、注射器注射針を外部
からゴムボタン7に穿刺して(図示せず)治療用の薬剤
を貯蔵部8へ注入して該薬をリザーブ貯蔵し、その薬剤
はカテーテル9を経由して該患部へ流出する。第2図は
本考案の一実施例の側面断面図である。体内埋め込みリ
ザーバーは、薬液をリザーブする部分薬液貯蔵部11
の本体とカテーテル固定装置2とで構成されている。
使用方法の基本は従前の一実施例と違いは無い。カテー
テル固定装置2は、任意サイズのカテーテル21に適合
する外径を有した金属製パイプ22と固定チップ23と
リーマー面部24′を設けたネ付固定用アダプター24
と薬液逆流防止弁付パッキング25とを構成している。
組立の際には、本体1のカテーテル固定装置部分2の奥
へ薬液逆流防止弁付パッキング25を挿入し、任意サイ
ズのカテーテル21を金属パイプ22に挿入嵌め込んだ
固定チップ23を挿入し、ネ付固定用アダプター24で
ネジ込み固定して体内埋め込みリザーバーは完成する。
24′はリーマー加工した面である。臨床に於いて、任
意サイズのカテーテルに交換する場合は、その任意サイ
ズに適合した金属パイプ22付固定チップ23とその任
意カテーテルをセットにした予備群から選択して、各種
サイズのカテーテルの交換は容易に可能である。
