Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a circuit board holder which allows setting of a circuit board to a seat part by simply holding the circuit board at four sides thereof and pressing the circuit board at one point. CONSTITUTION:The frame part 13 covering the outer periphery of a circuit board 12 is provided with holding claws 15b, 15c and the side wall 14 is provided with a rectangular guide claw 18, when viewed from the plan view side, having an apex 18a on the side remote from the short side 13c. The circuit board 12 can be held at four sides and is not removed easily because of the guide claw 18. Furthermore, since a rectangular guide claw 18 is provided, the circuit board 12 gets over the apex 18c when force is applied to one point such that the circuit board 12 abutting obliquely on the guide claw 18 is recovered at the time of setting and then the circuit board 12 gets under the holding claws 15b, 15c to be held on the seat part 11.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a circuit board holder of this type is shown in FIG.
Alternatively, the structure was as shown in FIG. That is, in the figure, 1 is a rectangular pedestal on which the circuit board 2 is placed, and around this pedestal 1, a frame 3 covering the outer periphery of the circuit board 2 is provided in series with the pedestal 1. . A side wall 4 is formed upward on one of the long sides 3a of the frame 3 to block heat from a heater case (not shown). Also,
Holding claws 5b and 5c for holding the circuit board 2 on the pedestal 1 are provided on the other long side 3b and one short side 3c of the frame 3. Reference numeral 6 is a screw for fixing the circuit board 2 and the like to a chassis (not shown).

However, in the above-described conventional configuration shown in FIG. 6, the circuit board 2 has two holding claws 5 at two positions.

Further, in the structure shown in FIG. 7, the holding claw 5
Since a, 5b, and 5c are provided and the four sides of the circuit board 2 are held, the circuit board 2 does not separate from the circuit board holder even if it receives a drop impact. However, when the circuit board 2 is set on the pedestal portion 1, the circuit board 2 is placed under the holding claw 5c.
Then, the circuit board 2 rides on the holding claws 5a and 5b. Then, the circuit board 2 is pressed downward to hold the holding claws 5.
The circuit board 2 may be tilted depending on the place to be pressed when fitting to a and 5b, and a state occurs in which only one of them is fitted. Therefore, in order to surely set the circuit board 2 on the pedestal portion 1, it is necessary to press two portions near the holding claws 5a and 5b, and as a result, there is a problem that the setting work becomes troublesome. .

In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 11 denotes a rectangular pedestal on which the circuit board 12 is placed. Around the pedestal 11, a frame 13 for covering the outer periphery of the circuit board 12 is connected to the pedestal 11. Is provided. One of the long sides 13 of the frame 13
A side wall 14 is formed upwardly at a so as to block heat from a heater case (not shown).
The other long side 13b and one of the short sides 1 of the frame 13
3 c is provided with holding claws 15 b and 15 c for holding the circuit board 12 on the base 11. Reference numeral 16 is a screw for fixing the circuit board 12 and the circuit board holder to a chassis (not shown). The side wall 14 is provided with a guide claw 18 for guiding and holding the circuit board 12 to the pedestal portion 11. The guide claw 18 has a triangular shape when viewed from the plan view, and is formed such that the apex 18a of the guide claw 18 comes to the side far from the short side 13c.

Next, the operation of setting the circuit board 12 in the circuit board holder of the above embodiment will be described. First,
When the circuit board 12 is slanted and put under the holding claws 15c and the circuit board 12 is lowered, the circuit board 12 contacts the guide claws 18. Here, since the guide claw 18 is formed in a triangular shape and the apex 18a of the guide claw 18 is located on the side far from the short side 13c, the circuit board 12 is laterally moved so as to be pushed out to the holding claw 15b side. Ride on the tilt holding claw 15b and the long side 13b. Then, when the lateral inclination of the circuit board 12 is eliminated and a force is obliquely applied to the portion a of the circuit board 12 so that the circuit board 12 is put under the holding claw 15b, the circuit board 12 slides down on the long side 13b. At the same time circuit board 1
2 tries to slip under the guide claw 18. Then, since the guide claws 18 are formed in a triangular shape, the circuit board 12 can be sunk under the guide claws 18 as long as the apex 18a is exceeded.
Is pressed and held by the guide claw 18 and the holding claws 15b and 15c. Therefore, it is possible to set the circuit board 12 on the pedestal portion 11 only by pressing one place. Further, since the four sides of the circuit board 12 are held, the circuit board 12 is strong against a drop impact.

In the second embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the holding claw 15c is provided.
On the other hand, the guide claw 18 is arranged at a position farther than the position where the holding claw 15b is provided. As a result, the circuit board 1
When a force is applied to the portion a of 2, the circuit board 12 moves around the portion contacting the short side 13c as a fulcrum. Therefore, before the circuit board 12 slips under the holding claw 15b, the circuit board 12 enters under the guide claw 18 and the holding claw 15b. Mating. The guide claw 18 side is the side wall 14

In the third embodiment shown in FIG. 4, a vertical side portion 18b extending vertically from the lower end of the guide claw 18 toward the upper side.
Is provided on the side of the guide claw 18 including the triangular vertex 18a. As a result, when a force is applied to the portion a of the circuit board 12, the circuit board 12 tries to lower, but the vertical side portion 1
Since the guide claw 18 is provided, the guide claw 18 side can be slipped under the guide claw 18 simply by going straight down. When the inclined surface is provided without providing the vertical side portion 18b, the circuit board 12 is difficult to move down because the force acts on the side opposite to the direction in which the circuit board 12 is pushed, but the vertical side portion 18b is provided so that the circuit board 12 can be easily lowered. It can be done easily.

In the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the vertical side portion 18
Extend b to a position higher than the upper end of the holding claw 15b,
An inclined surface 18c connected to the extended vertical side portion 18b is formed on the side wall 14. As a result, the circuit board 12 is slanted and placed under the holding claws 15c.
When the frame part 13 and the circuit board 12 are shallowly fitted, the circuit board 12 is tilted largely in the lateral direction because it hits the inclined surface 18c. Then, the circuit board 12 rides on the long side 18b on the side closer to the holding claw 15c and descends, so that the circuit board 12 is inclined so that the guide claw 18 side becomes lower. When a force is applied to the portion a of the circuit board 12 in this state, the circuit board 12 is inclined, so that it can be slipped under the guide claw 18 with a light force.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, a guide claw having a triangular shape when viewed from a plan view is provided on a side wall provided by extending a frame portion covering an outer periphery of a circuit board in an upward direction, By arranging the triangular vertices of the guide claws on the side far from the short side of the frame with the holding claws, the four sides of the circuit board can be held, and the circuit board can be set on the pedestal part by pressing only one place on the circuit board. It is something that can be done.
