CONSTITUTION:A small size ventilating device V, accommodating a ventilating fan 8, is attached to a floor joist 6 immediately below the partitioning 4 of garret of a living room 1 while the suction side and the air discharging side of the ventilating fan 8 are connected respectively to the hollow section of respective ventilating baseboards 5, having a plurality of ventilating holes 5a in the lengthwise direction of hollow sections at both sides of the partitioning 4.
