Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate construction work by fixing an elastic leg on a foundation floor surface to connect a panel support plate with an upper section of the elastic leg and fitting an engaging projection and an engaging recessed section to fix a floor panel. CONSTITUTION:A strut 2 is bonded and fixed on a foundation floor surface 1, the height of a panel plate 24 is adjusted to assemble it on the strut 2, and a floor panel 3 is fixed on the panel support plate 24 to construct a double floor. Next, when a body vibrates due to earthquake, a fixed base plate 20 fixed on the foundation floor surface 1 moves horizontally and integrally with the foundation floor surface 1. A movable plate 22 which supports a floor panel 3 which is a double floor moves relatively in the horizontal direction due to elastic deflection to absorb horizontal force of earthquake force. Also, with regard to vibration in the up and down directions, up and down movement which is transmitted to the movable plate 22 is absorbed by elastic expansion and contraction of an elastic plate 25 via a ball 33. Consequently, earthquake force can be reduced.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the most widely used technology for building earthquake countermeasures is a seismic structure that resists seismic forces due to the structure of the building. There is a structural type. This seismic structure prevents collapse of the building due to seismic force, and humans and objects in the building are directly affected by the earthquake, so they cannot avoid the primary or secondary damage of the earthquake. .

Therefore, the floor of a building having an earthquake-resistant structure has an independent double-floor structure which is separate from the building frame, and the independent double-floor is arranged on the foundation of the floor through a displacement mechanism such as rubber. , A seismic isolation double floor that is designed to escape or absorb and reduce the seismic force applied to the building has been proposed and put into practical use.

The seismic isolation double floor prevents the collapse of the building from being transmitted to the floor on which humans and articles are placed, while preventing the collapse due to the earthquake by making the building itself a seismic resistant structure and preventing the humans and articles in the building from being affected by the earthquake. Since it is possible to avoid the primary or secondary damage, and only the floor in the building of the earthquake-resistant structure can be made a floor separate from the building frame, and a structure corresponding to the seismic force can be provided. , It has the advantage that only the floor of the existing building can be renovated and constructed.

However, in the conventional seismic isolation double floor that has been generally constructed, a pillar provided with a displacement mechanism such as rubber is placed on the floor foundation of the building frame, and the joists are supported by this pillar.
Since the floor panel is fixed on the joists to form the floor, the distance between the floor foundation surface of the building frame and the double floor surface becomes large, and when installed in an existing building, the floor surface to the ceiling There was a problem that the height was too small.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the means adopted by the present invention is such that, when a building body vibrates due to an earthquake, the vibrations in the horizontal direction are displaced horizontally from each other, and seismic energy is increased. The movable plate and the fixed base plate that supports the movable plate and is installed on the foundation floor surface of the building body so that the horizontal seismic force is reduced between the movable plate and the fixed base plate. A support panel having a panel support plate for supporting the floor panel at the center of the upper part of the movable plate with an elastic body interposed therebetween, and a column having an adjusting member for vertically moving the panel support plate, and a floor panel of a predetermined size. In addition, the panel support plate is connected to the floor panel by connecting screws while being fitted to each other, and the floor panel is placed and connected on the panel support plate.

The elastic legs are fixed on the foundation floor, and the panel support plate is connected to the upper portions of the elastic legs while adjusting the height. The floor panel is placed on the panel support plate while fitting the engaging projections and the engaging recesses, and is connected by the connecting screws to construct a double floor. When seismic force is applied, the elastic body of the rubber or spring that connects the fixed base plate and the movable plate flexes for horizontal shaking, and the rubber plate of the fixed floor plate expands and contracts for vertical shaking, Reduce seismic force. A plurality of balls interposed between the fixed base plate and the movable plate facilitate the relative displacement between the two.

According to the present invention, the floor panel can be directly placed on the upper part of the support column to construct the double floor, and the height of the elastic body can be reduced. The height can be made extremely small compared to the case where joists are used, and when installed in an existing building, the indoor height can be made sufficiently large, so of course not only for new buildings. Therefore, it can be applied to existing buildings without any problems. In addition, since the columns including the elastic members are integrated as a whole, the columns can be easily handled and the seismic isolation double floor can be constructed easily.

When an earthquake force is applied, the fixed base plate (20) fixed on the foundation floor surface (1) moves in the horizontal direction together with the foundation floor surface (1), but the floor panel ( The movable plate (22) supporting 3) relatively shifts in the horizontal direction due to the elastic bending of the elastic legs (21), the horizontal force of the seismic force is absorbed, and the floor panel (3) is not moved. Practically gone. Further, with respect to vertical vibration, the vertical movement transmitted to the movable plate (22) is absorbed by the elastic expansion and contraction of the elastic plate (25) via the balls (33), so that the floor panel (3). The vertical movement of is also virtually eliminated.
