パッキン59と、パッキン押えナット55に螺合された
ロックナット60と、ボディ54の上半外側に螺合され
たパネルナット61等から成っている。ハンドル2は、
バルブ50のステム56の上部に設けられるもので、こ
の例では、略円盤状を呈して合成樹脂等に依り作製され
て居り、外周には辷止凹凸が形成されていると共に、上
面にはネームシール6が貼着されている。廻止手段3
は、ステム56に対してハンドル2を廻止するもので、
この例では、ステム56の上部に設けられた平面六角形
状の廻止部7と、ハンドル2の中央下側に設けられて廻
止部7に適合される廻止孔8とから成っている。廻止部
7は、ステム56の上部が挿入される受孔9と六角穴付
の止めビス10が螺合される螺孔11とを備えて居り、
止めビス10の先端をステム56に形成した窪所12に
掛入させる事に依り止着されている。弾性抜止手段4
は、ステム56に対してハンドル2を弾性抜止するもの
で、この例では、廻止部7の外周に周設した凹溝13
と、これに収嵌されて廻止孔8の内面に弾性接触するO
リング14とから成っている。覆体5は、ハンドル2の
下部に連設されてバルブ50の上半を覆うもので、この
例では、円筒状を呈してハンドル2と同質で一体的に形
成されて居り、パネルナット61に近接すべく垂下さ
れ、ステム56の上突部分、パッキン押えナット55の
上部、ロックナット60、ボディ54の上部を覆う様に
してある。而して、覆体5とボディ54の上部との間に
は、バルブ50の開度を表示する開度表示手段15が設
けてある。開度表示手段15は、この例では、覆体5の
下端面を利用した基印16と、ボディ54の上部外側に
