2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIGS. 4 to 5, a conventional vessel rudder has an inner surface of one rudder plate 21 which is half-cut from the central portion of the rudder in the plane of the traveling direction of the vessel and molded in a predetermined shape in advance. At a predetermined position, the vertical rudder 23 and the other side of the horizontal rudder 24 having the attachment piece 22 welded to one side in a T shape over the entire length are welded to form the skeleton of the rudder main body 25 in a lattice shape. After that, it is formed in a predetermined shape so as to cover the skeleton in advance, and slot holes 26 are vertically and horizontally formed at predetermined intervals at positions corresponding to the vertical rudder bone 23 and the horizontal rudder bone 24, and the inside of the slot hole 26 is formed. The remaining rudder blade 27 is fixed to the vertical rudder 23 and the horizontal rudder 24 by welding the peripheral end portion and the outer surface of the attachment piece 22, and the rudder front end portions of both rudder blades 21 and 27 are fixed.
The rudder main body 25 was configured by welding 28 and the rudder rear end portion 29, respectively, and covering the upper and lower surfaces with the top plate 30 and the bottom plate 31.

なお、32は舵頭材にして、33は底部ピントルである。In addition, 32 is a rudder head material and 33 is a bottom pintle.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention As described above, the rudder main body 25 has the preformed rudder plate 21.
The vertical rudder 23 and one side of the horizontal rudder 24 are welded and fixed to the inner surface of the vertical rudder 23 and the horizontal rudder 24 on the other side, and the mounting piece 22 attached to the other side and the remaining rudder plate 27 are provided with slot holes. Since the inner peripheral end of 26 is constructed by welding, a large number of slot holes 26 must be formed in the remaining rudder blade 27, which requires a lot of working time and the weight of the rudder body 25 is large. There were problems such as.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve these problems by eliminating a large number of vertical rudder bones 23 and standingly using a plurality of cylindrical bodies.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the present invention, at least a front portion of the rudder and a rear portion thereof are provided with a cylindrical body, and a small number of the cylindrical bodies are sandwiched between a top plate and a bottom plate, Both sides of each cylinder and both sides of the cylinder and the trailing edge are covered with rudder plates over the entire circumference, and when the rudder plate needs strength due to the increase in size of the ship rudder, it is parallel to the top plate. The horizontal rudder bone is provided at the position.

Therefore, the vertical rudder bone that serves as the skeleton of the rudder body is eliminated and a cylindrical body is used, and the horizontal rudder bone is unnecessary or minimized, so the structure is simple, the weight is reduced, and the slot hole for the remaining rudder plate is used. Since it is not necessary to pierce, the working time can be shortened.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. Reference numeral 1 is a rudder main body, and 2 and 3 are standing cylindrical bodies (hollow or solid can be freely selected) instead of a vertical rudder bone, which are sandwiched between a top plate 4 and a bottom plate 5. 6 is a front rudder plate that connects both side surfaces of the front cylinder body 2 and the rear cylinder body 3, 7 is a rear rudder plate that connects both side surfaces of the rear cylinder body 3 and the rear edge portion 9, and 9 is a horizontal rudder bone. Where 10 is the rudder stock and 11 is the bottom pintle.

If necessary, as shown in FIG. 3, the front cylinder 2 and the rear cylinder 3 may be covered with one or two rudder blades 12 on the entire circumference, or one part of the front cylinder 2 may be covered. It is also possible to configure the rudder main body 1 by covering the rear cylindrical body 3 to cover the rear edge portion 8 with one rudder blade 12 while leaving the above.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION Since the present invention has the above-described structure, the materials required for a large number of vertical rudder bones and the materials required for horizontal rudder bones are not required, and the welding work is facilitated only by the straight portion, and Since it is not necessary to process the slot holes formed in the rudder blade, the working time is greatly reduced, which is an excellent effect.
