2. Description of the Related Art The inventors of the present invention previously detected a body movement of a sleeping person by using a plurality of body movement detecting means and a control means as a sleeping apparatus of this kind, and responded to each of the body movement detecting means. We devised a sleeping device that has a memory part that stores the judgment threshold and judges body movements as coarse body movements due to turning over and movements of limbs and fine body movements due to heartbeats and respirations, and gives a notification of the prevention of bedsore risk. FIG. 7 shows its block diagram. As shown in this figure, the signal of the body movement detected by the body movement detecting means 1a to 1e is processed by the signal converting means 2. Then, using the threshold values corresponding to the body movement detecting means stored in the storage means 3, the determination means 4 determines whether or not there is a thin body movement, a coarse body movement, or a sleeping person. It was Then, the time measuring means 5 measures the time during which the determination of the thin body movement of each part of the body movement detecting means attached to the bedding continues, and outputs the time measuring time,
When the movement of the thin body exceeds a certain period of time, the person is informed of the bed sore area.

However, the sleeping apparatus of the above technique has the following problems. Among body movements that occur during bedtime, even body movements equivalent to postural changes that prevent bed sores that remove local continuous pressure on the skin and improve deterioration of blood flow, It is often detected as a body movement that does not prevent bed sores, and a partial body movement that does not prevent bedsores, for example, even a body movement that moves only the limbs, is detected as a body movement that prevents bed sores, and it is often reported in error. It was The reason for this is that when a body movement occurs, it is detected for each part where the body movement occurs regardless of the type of body movement that occurs, so the generated body movement is a partial body movement that cannot prevent bed sores. This is because it is determined that body movements that prevent bed sores have occurred. Therefore, there is a problem that it is not possible to notify the person as a bed-sore portion due to only partial body movement.

[0004] Further, in relation to sleep apnea, and in order for the sleeping person himself / herself and the surrounding people to obtain good quality sleep, it is necessary to detect snoring during sleeping. However, in the conventional sleeping apparatus, even if snoring is transmitted as a vibration signal through the human body and is detected by the body movement detecting means, it is erroneously determined to be body movement.

The present invention operates as follows with the above construction. A plurality of body movement detecting means provided in the bedclothes detect a vibration signal generated by the body movement of the sleeping person. The detected signal is converted into a required body movement signal by the signal conversion means. In the determination means, based on the threshold value corresponding to the body movement detection means stored in the storage means, the output of the signal conversion means is large, medium, or small of coarse body movement due to rolling over, etc. It determines the type of body movement, such as small body movements due to heartbeat or breathing, or whether there is a sleeping person. The plurality of judgment result patterns obtained by the judgment means and the various body movement patterns stored in the body movement pattern storage means are compared to search for a corresponding pattern. For the portion determined to be the thin body movement by the determination means, the time duration of the thin body movement is counted by the timing means. Here, if the generated body movement pattern is a body movement pattern equivalent to body position conversion, the timing is reset for the portion where the body movement has occurred. However, if it is a partial body movement pattern, the timekeeping by the timekeeping means is continued. When the time measured by the time measuring means exceeds a certain time, it is detected as a bed slip site.

The operation of the above configuration will be described below. As shown in FIG. 2, the body movement detecting means 1a to 1i are arranged in a matrix on the mat 12. The body movement detecting means is a sensor capable of detecting vibration, and a piezoelectric element is used here. The piezoelectric element is made of a thin film made of a polymeric piezoelectric material such as polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and formed into a tape with flexible electrode films attached to both sides. When a person lies on the mat, Body movements and rolling over,
The piezoelectric element is deformed by the vibration caused by the minute movement of the body due to the pulsation of the heart or the respiration, and a voltage is generated by the piezoelectric effect to output a signal. This output signal is sent to the signal conversion means 2, passes through the relay switch 6 and the filter 7,
It is amplified by the amplifier 8 and integrated by the integrator 9. The signal output from the signal converting means 2 is, by using the threshold value stored in the storage means 3, in the judging means 4 whether it is due to a coarse body movement that causes a large vibration such as turning over or body movement, or is a coarse body movement. Above all, it is determined whether the body movement is large, medium, or small, or the body movement is based on a biological signal such as heartbeat or respiration, and whether the sleeping person is absent.

Here, FIG. 3 shows an explanatory diagram relating to the output signal of the signal converting means and the judgment of the judging means. (A)-(C)
Respectively correspond to the signal outputs of the body movement detecting means 1b, 1c, 1h in FIG. The horizontal axis is time and the vertical axis is output. The vertical axes a, b, c, and d are threshold values stored in the storage unit 3.
The type of body movement is determined based on this threshold. Absent if output is less than a, fine movement if a to b range,
If it is in the range of b to c, it is judged as a small level of coarse body movement, if it is in the range of c to d, it is judged as a medium level of coarse body movement, and if it is d or more, it is judged as a large level of coarse body movement. When a person enters the mat at time t1, the output signals of the three body movement detecting means are determined to have generated a large level body movement at each site. Time t2 to t3
In this case, since the signals which are both determined to be small body movements are output, the duration of the small body movements is measured by the time measuring means 5. At times t3 to t4, body movements equivalent to the body position change occur at t5 to t6.
In, there is partial body movement. The state of these body movements is shown in FIG. In FIG. 4, (A) shows time t3 to t4.
Thus, (B) corresponds to the body movement generated at t5 to t6. From left to right: (A) Post-movement posture, (B) Post-movement posture, (C)
It is a figure of the body movement pattern which made the determination by the determination means at the time of body movement into a diagram. As shown in (A), when the posture that was on the back changes from t3 to t4 to recumbency, the pattern determination means 11
Then, the body movement pattern (c) at this time is compared with the body movement pattern stored in the body movement pattern storage unit 12, and it is determined that the body movement equivalent to the body position conversion has occurred. Since this is a body movement that prevents bed sores, the timing means 5 resets the timing based on this determination result. Timing is restarted from time t4 when the body movement stops and the determination by the pattern determination means 11 becomes a body movement pattern equivalent to the body position conversion. Next, the body movements generated at the times t5 to t6 are partial body movements in which the position of the arm is changed as shown in (B). At this time, the body movement pattern as shown in (c) occurred. The pattern determination means 11 compares the body movement pattern of the body movement pattern storage means 10 and determines that it is a partial body movement. this is,
Since the body movement does not prevent bed sores, the timekeeping means 5 continues the timekeeping as in the thin body movement state. When the timed time exceeds a certain time, the timekeeping means 5 reports it as a bed slip site.

With the above operation, it is determined by a pattern whether or not the generated body movement is a body movement equivalent to a body posture change for preventing bed sores, and unless the body movement is determined to be a body movement equivalent to a body posture change, the timing means 5 is used. Since the timekeeping of No. continues, the notification of the bed sore area is performed more quickly and accurately.

The operation of the above configuration will be described below. As shown in the first embodiment, the vibration signals detected by the body movement detecting means 1a to 1i are converted into body movement signals by the signal converting means 2. Determination means 4 using the determination threshold value stored in the storage means 3
At, it is determined whether it is due to coarse, medium, or small coarse movement, fine movement, or the absence of a sleeping person. When the sleeping person snores, a pattern is obtained based on the determination. When the pattern determining unit 11 refers to the snoring pattern stored in the snoring pattern storage unit 14 and determines that it is a snoring pattern, A snoring signal is output. The awakening stimulus adding means 15 that receives the snoring signal stimulates the sleeping person to stop snoring. Here, the fan is turned to send the wind to the sleeping person's face.

The operation of the above configuration will be described below. Also in the third embodiment, a piezoelectric element is used as the body movement detecting means, as in the first and second embodiments. Body movement detecting means 1a
The vibration signals detected at 1 to 1i are converted into body motion signals by the signal conversion means 2. The determination threshold value stored in the storage means 3 is used to determine in the determination means 4 whether large, medium, or small coarse body movement, fine body movement, or absence of a sleeping person. When a sleeping person has a seizure or a seizure, the pattern obtained based on the determination is an emergency pattern stored in the emergency pattern storage means 16 in the pattern determination means 11, for example, a heart attack or a life threat such as a seizure. If it is determined that the emergency pattern is an emergency pattern, the emergency signal is output. Upon receiving this emergency signal, the emergency warning means 17 emits an emergency sound to make an emergency call to a person or place who can deal with the emergency.

As described above, the sleeping device of the present invention has the following effects. By comparing the generated body movement pattern with the stored body movement pattern, body movements that prevent bed sores and partial body movements that are not so determined are determined, so that the presence or absence of the risk of bed sores can be determined more accurately. It becomes possible to detect. Therefore, when it is detected that there is a risk of bed sore, the part of the bedding that has a risk of bed sore is vibrated, or it is made to be ruffled so that the sleeper is less likely to have a bed sore, and the sleeper is notified to prevent the bed sore. Prompt to cause the body movement. In addition, in hospitals and condominiums for the elderly, it is possible to collect information in the management room and give special care to sleeping persons who are at risk of bed sores.
