CONSTITUTION:A valve seat 9 is equipped at the bottom of a liquid path 8 of a charging valve body 1 and made so as to open or close a flow valve 10 and further, the circulating path of a reverse siphon 14 is formed in the liquid path 8 above the valve seat 9 so as to adjust the opening or closing of the flow valve 10 regardless of the reverse siphon 14.
