【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 被滅菌物を収納した状態で密閉自在な滅
菌容器と、この滅菌容器内に加熱用の水蒸気を送り込む
為の給蒸管と、この給蒸管の途中に設けた給蒸弁とを備
えた加熱滅菌装置による上記被滅菌物の滅菌処理作業時
に、上記滅菌容器内の温度を所定温度に維持する、加熱
滅菌装置の温度制御方法であって、上記滅菌容器内の圧
力と設定圧力とを比較して、この滅菌容器内の圧力が設
定圧力よりも低い場合に上記給蒸弁を開放し、上記滅菌
容器内の圧力が上記設定圧力を上回った状態で上記給蒸
弁を閉じると共に、上記滅菌容器内の圧力が設定圧力に
達しているにも拘らずこの滅菌容器内の温度が設定温度
に達しない場合に、上記設定圧力を少しずつ上昇させ
る、加熱滅菌装置の温度制御方法。
1. が設定温度以下の場合には、上記給蒸弁の開閉状態を切
り換える事なく、上記設定圧力の設定時にスタートした
監視タイマーの設定時間が経過する迄の間は、上記滅菌
容器内の温度及び圧力を繰り返し観察し、 上記監視タイマーの設定時間が経過した時点で、上記滅
菌容器内の圧力が設定圧力以上であるにも拘らず、この
滅菌容器内の温度が設定温度に達しない場合には、上記
設定圧力を少し高くしてから、上記監視タイマーを再ス
タートさせると共に再び上記滅菌容器内の温度及び圧力
を観察する、 請求項1に記載した加熱滅菌装置の温度制御方法。
