Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the inexpensive nut which has a stopper function and does not damage lenses. CONSTITUTION:This stopper nut is constituted by integrally forming a resin member 3 having a threadless nut hole 4 of the same diameter as the effective diameter of prescribed internal threads 2 or the diameter smaller than the effective diameter on the rear end of a metallic nut 1 formed with the internal threads 2 concentrically with the metallic nut 1. Since the metallic nut 1 is not inserted, the sufficient tightening strength in an axial direction is assured and since the threadless hole 4 of the resin member 3 is made smaller than the outside diameter of the threads, the thread ridges are formed by a machine screw (or tapping screw) at the time of tightening and the outside surface of the screw is tightened by the elasticity of the resin material. The loosening of the screw is thus prevented. The need for the conventional T-shaped washer is eliminated and the workability of assembly is improved and the cost of assembly is reduced.

は有効径よりやや小径のねじなし穴4)が金属ナット1
と同心状に形成してある。さらに金属ナット1の前端に
は前記樹脂部材3から延びて続くブッシング部5が形成
されており、そのブッシング部5の内径6は前記めねじ
2の谷径よりやや大きく形成され金属ナット1と同心状
に一体成形されている。この緩み止めナットAは、予め
加工された金属ナット1を成形型にセットして樹脂材料
を注入するいわゆるインサート成形法により容易に製造
できる。

とができ、しかも小ねじ25は樹脂部材3の弾性力によ
って小ねじ25が締付けられねじの緩みを防止すること
ができる。尚、前記小ねじ25はタッピンねじを用いて
もよく、タッピンねじの場合は前記ねじなし穴4を有効
径よりやや小径にするのが良好である。
